A cold smile appeared on the man’s face.
"What do you want to do? If you don’t leave now, I’m calling the police!"
"We apologize, Miss Nangong!"
After that, the man in black quickly pulled out a medical syringe from his pocket and injected Nangong Bing’s neck.
Fuming, Lin Zifeng was aimlessly wandering the bustling, brightly lit streets, considering letting off some steam at a nightclub. However, he was on a mission to ensure Nangong Bing’s safety, so he couldn’t afford any carelessness.

Lin Zifeng took a couple of steps back, frowning in confusion but, with his keen eyes, he soon spotted something awry.
A half-used syringe was left at the door!
Could she be in trouble?
Without a second thought, Lin Zifeng kicked open Nangong Bing’s door only to find no signs of disturbance. Could it be...?
