Thiago grabbed my arm and threw me against his hard chest before he held me. "What is going on here?"
I rolled my eyes and continued to punish him with my silence, making Thiago even more angry.
"Alea, damn talk to me? What did this Delugo want from you? Why is he touching you like that? Why are you guys in this bar and the hell why are you ignoring my call?"
I wanted to go on without answering but Thiago kept holding my arms so that escaping was futile.
"Alea?" he admonished me again. I was already angry and annoyed but now everything bursts out of me:
"Thiago let me go okay? You didn't answer me, didn't report for days even though you were back in town. You didn't seem to care. You don't need to care what's up with Luce either," I snapped at him.
"Ohhh luce, you already call each other by their first names. Something happened in my absence?" he hissed at me angrily. Was he jealous?
"Tzzz as if Thiago" then I snatched my arm with all my might and turned my back on him before I started running.
But Thiago followed me. "Don't run away now. Alea... talk to me" but I continued to ignore him.
Suddenly he grabbed my arm again and pushed me vigorously against a hard quarry stone wall. The pain in my back ran down to my butt, leaving a bruise, I was sure.
It was dark and the streets were quiet at that hour. Thiago came dangerously close to me, so I could feel his breath on my skin. I turned my head to the side to gain at least a little distance. Thiago loosened his grip and placed his hands on my talie then he pulled me closer to him and rested his forehead on my forehead. Slowly his heartbeat calmed down the longer we stayed in this position.
After a while, Thiago broke the silence by whispering: "I told you before not to run away from me, to ignore me"
"You're driving me out of my mind Alea Miles," he whispered.

Breathing heavily, I broke the kiss and looked up at Thiago: "Why didn't you answer? Was it because we didn't sleep together on our last night?" I asked in a cracked voice. "What?" he asked a confused question. "What are you talking about?"
"Didn't you answer me because you were with another woman?" I finally voiced my fears and looked down ashamed.
"What? Hey hey Alea little look at me" he said taking my face in his warm hands. "Where did you come up with such nonsense? I don't sleep with other women. You're the only woman I date. You know that. And why do you think I wouldn't call just because we didn't sleep together?" He snorted audibly.
"I know I can be an asshole and you've felt that way in the past, but that was a long time ago. You should know by now that you're my exception. In everything. I care about you Alea. I get it you the?" He continued to reassure me.
I nodded my head slightly and said yes. Thiago gave me a kiss on the forehead and wrapped his strong arms around my petite body. I laid my head on his chest and listened to his heartbeat. "Then why didn't you answer me?" I asked this question again.
"I really had a lot to do. One meeting after another. When I got back to town it went straight on. Today was the first time I was able to go and I'm straight to you Alea. I called you, was at your house. Until I thought about that bar you've been to before"
he replied.
"A message Thiago, that will cost you 10 seconds" I mumbled to his chest.
He gently stroked my back and kissed the top of my head. "I know. It was stupid of me. Sorry little one. I didn't mean to make you feel this way." he whispered to me. "Come on let's go" he suggested further and I agreed.
We walked hand in hand to his car and then drove to his penthouse apartment. The evening was exhausting and I was tired, so I just wanted to go to bed.
Thiago gave me a tender kiss and covered us together before he wrapped his arm around me and pulled it to his chest. Less than ten minutes later my breathing calmed down and my eyes were closed. "That bastard. He's got nothing. He's speculating, and wrong at that. Don't let him unsettle you, okay?" Thiago reassured me and caressed my cheek.
"How did he actually know where you were?" Finally, Thiago wanted to know. "He had my cell phone sorted," I replied.
Thiago clenched his fists and was visibly angry. "This wixxer. That's illegal. What is he a strong one? Alea that's going too far. I'll take care of it" and with these words he stormed to his phone and ran to his office.
I sat wide-eyed on the kitchen island, shocked by his reaction. I classify that as jealous. And I liked it. I just hoped it wouldn't lead to more trouble with Luce.
