A week went by, but Jake didn't do or say anything to me. I was in full panic mode. What did Jake have in store for me? What kind of punishment was he talking about? Ugh! I'm gonna go crazy!
I kept looking over my shoulders, expecting something bad to happen. I even avoided stairs like he should push me down or something. I know I am being ridiculous, but he is so intimidating!
I saw him in school several times, but he never approached me or said anything to me. Maybe this was the punishment. Being afraid of the unknown. He was trying to torture me to death mentally!
I had math club after school, so I didn't get home until 5 in the afternoon. I was relieved as the school was over, and I got to avoid confrontation with Jake the whole day. I'm safe for now.
After I got home, I decided to take a nice long hot shower then head to bed. All that anticipation of Jake torturing me made me exhausted.
My phone buzzed, and there was a text from Aaron.
Hey cutie, what are you up to tonight? He texted.
Nothing, I'm going to bed early, I replied.
My phone buzzed again, so I looked at Aaron's reply.
Awe, that's too bad. Maybe I will see you tomorrow? He said.
Yes, maybe ☺️, I hit send.
Tomorrow is the weekend, so I should definitely go out with Aaron, I thought to myself. It'll keep my mind off of Jake. Besides, being close to Aaron will keep me safe from Jake, I thought.
My phone buzzed again. Did Aaron send me more messages? I opened the text and almost dropped my phone. It was from Jake!
Don't think I forgot about you, my little Janey. Your punishment still awaits. He wrote.
Where did you get my number? I asked.
It wasn't hard to get. Your sister is pretty stupid. I can't believe I used to like her, but mistakes happen, the text said.
Thanks a lot, Liliana. Now Jake gets to harass me through texts too.
Why can't you leave me be? It's been a week since the dance. Let it go already! I typed furiously.
I didn't get any answer for a while. I wondered what he was thinking about.

Aaaah! He is so infuriating! What did I ever do to deserve this? How would I ever get rid of him? Questions I didn't have the answers to. I threw my phone on the bed and headed inside the bathroom. Liliana was at her friend's house to shower as long as I wanted without her complaining.
The warm water poured down my head and my body, and I instantly felt better. I'm going to forget all about Jake and his bullying for now. It's time to relax on my bed and watch Criminal Minds. Maybe I can learn how to murder Jake from the show.
I wrapped myself in a towel and stepped into my room.
"I've been waiting for you," A deep voice spoke from my bed.
I screamed as I saw Jake half lying on my bed with an evil smirk on his face.
"Aaaaaaah!" I screamed at the top of my lungs, but no one heard it since no one was home.
"Holy shit, must you screech like a banshee?" Jake scowled and covered his ears.
"What the fuck are you doing in my room, you...you pervert!" I yelled.
"Chill out! I didn't know you were gonna come out all wet and half-naked. Although, I'm not exactly complaining," he grinned.
Ladies and gentlemen, today is the day I am going to prison for murdering Jake Morris.
"Did...did you break in?" I gasped.
"Yeap, I had to. No one was home, and I didn't feel like waiting," Jake shrugged.
"You have issues," I announced and gripped my towel, so it doesn't fall off. I felt naked as Jake stared at me despite the towel that was covering half of my body.
He had a weird look on his face. The kind of look a wolf would give to its prey before eating it. In other words, I might be in trouble.
"You better get out of here before I start screaming again," I threatened him.
Jake jumped up and walked towards me slowly. "Go ahead and scream. Then see what happens," he said quietly and moved another inch towards me.
This was dangerous. I was alone with a horny teenage boy in my bath towel. How do I get out of this?
"Why are you here?" I repeated my question.
"Well, you see, Janey, I wanted to find something incriminating against you so I could use it to punish you, and I think I found the perfect material," he said.
"Wha...what did you find?" I asked nervously.
He went over to my bed and shoved his hand under the pillow.
Oh no, I know what he was talking about now.
He took out my prized possession, the lockbox for my most innermost secrets. My freaking diary.
Just go ahead and kill me now.
"No, Jake! Put that back! That's private." I cried.
"Nope. In order to punish you, I'm going to read some of your deep dark secrets, out loud," he said and gave me an evil smile. What did I say? He is the spawn of Satan.
"You can't!" I gripped my towel with one hand and tried to grab the diary with the other. But he stood up and held it over his head so I couldn't reach it.
"Let's see... let's start with the latest entry, shall we?" he said and opened it.
No way, that's the one where I wrote about my wet dream!
"Dear diary, last night I had the craziest dream. I was with..." he proceeded to read some more, but before he could get to the part where I get it on with him, I did the only thing I could think of doing in order to stop him from reading. I dropped my freaking towel.
Jake stopped in his track and stared at my body. He dropped the diary on the floor and continued to stare at my boobs. His eyes were huge with shock.
"Um...Jane.." he cleared his throat.
I quickly grabbed the diary off the floor.
"Hah! I got it! I won't let you read it now, you imbecile!" I cried.
"It's okay, I'd rather look at those," he said and pointed at my chest, still looking shocked.
Look at what...oh....no...what the hell did I just do?
