The sun's bright rays shone down on a couple of love birds who were still connected by their most intimate places as they were snuggled up together like they never wanted to leave the other person's side.
"...Mhmm..." Azmond woke up with a groggy look on his face as he scanned his surroundings and recalled the events that happened the night prior.
He couldn't get a proper sense of his surroundings because he was still stuck inside Crystalline, but he didn't want to leave his favorite spot.
However, he understood that he would have to leave at some point...

"Urgh... Fine. I will pull out for now." Azmond spoke with a dispirited tone as he pulled his rod out of Crystalline's treasure cave.
*Shlop!*
A lewd sound was produced when he pulled out.
It was a sound that made him horny again, but he knew he had already gone overboard with his Little Ice Flower last night...
He needed to give her some time to recuperate before he did anything else with her.
"Aahhn~!" A slight moan came out of Crysatalline's cute mouth when she felt Azmond's hardness leave her insides.
Her body started to feel a sense of loss when he left it, but she still wasn't willing to wake up and put Azmond back in his rightful spot, so she just rolled over while rubbing her thighs together, trying to make up for the loss of his warmth.

"We might've gone overboard, huh...?" Azmond spoke with a wry smile as he looked at the destroyed landscape around them that was caused by their intense 'Training'...
"It is that silly woman's fault for putting such a lewd body right on top of me," he muttered.
Azmond wasn't willing to admit that the damage to the surroundings was caused by his own carelessness...

"I want to have more fun with My Little Ice Roll, but there is no time for luxuries right now."
Azmond's expression suddenly turned into one of solemnity as he clenched his fists.
"I won't allow my Little Ice Flower to be taken away because I'm not strong enough."
Azmond, with a newfound resolve, began to walk over toward the large spiritual stone he had cultivated under previously and sat down in a lotus position.
He started to circulate his Qi inside the large spiritual stone as he began to absorb everything he could out of it.
Despite the major damage it was causing to his body due to an overload of Qi, he still continued to cultivate without lessening his absorption rate even the slightest bit.
However, the pain Azmond was feeling wasn't enough to discourage him from getting stronger.
He would reach the peak of the world of cultivation, no matter the cost!
That is what he promised himself when he first came to this world, and he wasn't planning on reneging on that promise anytime soon.

A few days pass.
A bountiful beauty with long silky black hair was seen sleeping on top of a collapsed bed with a large soft blanket on top of her, as she had a silly little smile on her pretty face.
And a few meters away from this woman, there was a man who resembled a fallen immortal, cultivating next to a large spiritual stone as he absorbed the Qi from within it en masse.
Blood was constantly pouring out of every orifice in his chiseled body, but despite the massive loss of blood, he had a maniacal smirk on his face, as it almost seemed like he was enjoying the extreme pain that was coursing through his body.
When, in actuality, he was absolutely thrilled over the amount of power he was gaining!

'I feel that I'm close to breaking through to the 11th Stage of Quantum Qi Condensation!'
Excitement filled Azmond's heart as he scanned the inside of his body and saw that his Dantian was almost filled to the brim for the 12th time now.
That's right, he had already condensed his cultivation base 12 times within the last few days!
It was a record-fast time that surprised even himself!

A few hours later.
'My breakthrough is here!' Azmond thought to himself with a small grin as a huge cyclone of Qi surrounded him, like it wanted to completely consume him.
'You think this meager amount of Qi is enough to kill me?!?'
A bloodied Azmond ridiculed the Qi around him with a disdainful smirk on his face.
'You would need to try a lot harder than this to bring me down!'
His contemptuous attitude towards the Qi around him was obvious.
WAAA!
The Qi started to swirl around him even more violently, as not a single part of his body was left without damage.

On a side note...
Don't be mistaken by the way Azmond was cultivating right now. Qi wasn't usually capable of harming you unless you took in massive quantities of it all at once.
However, Azmond was doing just that and more as he irritated the Qi with his own Qi to get a reaction out of every particle so he could get many times more energy than usual.
He was risking his life for a chance to gain power slightly faster than everybody else...
Azmond wasn't willing to be left behind by people who were more talented or harder workers than him!
And this was just the price he had to pay...

A man resembling a fallen immortal was seen floating in the air thousands of meters in the sky as Qi swirled around him, invading his body like it had an irreparable grudge against the man before it!
WAAA!
"Is This All You Weaklings Got?!?" An insane-looking grin spread across Azmond's face as he once again taunted the Qi around him while flipping both of his middle fingers in the air.
"I have felt tick bites with more kick than you guys!" He hollored.
"...."
Azmond knew that the Qi in the atmosphere had no consciousness, but it doesn't look like he cared.
He just wanted something to blame for the pain he was feeling!
And what better thing to blame than an energy in the air that couldn't fight back...?

Azmond's breakthrough took a few hours to conclude, as he was still sitting in that same lotus position while circulating the remnants of the Qi in the air.
Even with his Nascent Soul-level defenses, his face and body were completely battered.
This was because Qi damage that was self-inflicted goes beyond the difference in realms or the defenses that your body has.
After all, you are inviting the Qi to invade your body and do whatever it wants of your own free will.
So your defenses will not save you...
