Apparently, I felt it was time for Sara to return back home, because keeping her at the hospital won't be of a right decision.
I held her hand, and walked out of the hospital, after signing the necessary documents.
"Son? Are you sure that bring me home will be the best decision?".
While driving, Sara airs out her disproval with my plan, I veerd and said, "nanny! Do you trust me?".
Sara shoots a smile, in response to my question, "yes! I do". She says to me.
"Then, don't be scared and let me do my job, I'll make sure nothing or no one gets in contact with you! Okay?". I affirmed to her, thus, it seems to have calmed her down as she watched me drove away.

After a long drive, the car finally ducked at entrance of the Mansion, "let's go!". We got out of the car, ambling closer, I watched as Sara loomed her eyes around, hence the second we got close to the front door, fear griped her, she veers back to leave but noticed I stopped her.
"Nanny! What's wrong? Where do you think you're going to? I asked as she veers back donning a terrified look on her face.
"Andre's! I don't think, I can be able to live her with you, it's not going to be easy and I don't think Elena would be pleased to see me after so many years!" In a scared demenor, she lets out to me, the same time, Elena walks out of the house, and saw me standing with a woman.
"Andre's, what are you doing here and who is she?" Elena Inquired, oblivious to the fact that was Sara .
I turned and said, "don't you know who this is? Even after so many years, you still can't remember who this is?".
My question sparked uncontrollable curiosity, "I don't think, I understand what you mean! Who is this?" She incurred once more, as Sara finally decides to face the same woman whom she tried not to come in contact with.
"You! What are you doing here? Why are you here and how did you know that Salem is Andres Kahn?".
A flabbergasted glare draped over her face, it felt like Elena had just seen a ghost, iddling for a response.
"Aww!!! Are you shocked to see me! Elena Khan, after so many attempt to take my life, I am here now and i will make sure that you pay for everything". Sara walked past, ambling into the house.
I wore a smile and attempted to leave, "hold on Andres!" Elena dragged me back and said, "why are you doing this? Do you want to see me suffer, after all I have done for you?".
"Huh! All you have done for me? What exactly did you do? Apart from giving birth to me, all you have contributed to my life is pains and anguish, so I am begging you don't ever forget that I hate you, Elena Khan, and if you ever try to do anything stupid, against my nanny or Riya, I'll make sure you pay! got it?"
"Hahahaha" she laughed at my words, shooting a funny look at me, "did you just call Riya? A girl you pretend not to have feeling for!". Elena says to me.
"I do know that, I haven't been nice to Riya, but at least, I wasn't the one who killed her parents and pretends to care for her, all this year's!".
Immediately the funny look watched off, as she flares up aggrieved by my words, "hey! Don't you ever forget that I am your mom! I mistakenly tossed you off the cliff but I promise you that if you ever try to do anything stupid or fight against me, I'll make sure that you pay!".
Now that's the Elena khan I know, the one who is willing to do anything to get what she wants, even at the expense of her family's happiness, that Elena Khan.

I took a step to forward, but halts repaying my eyes to hers and make clear of my intentions to make her pay for everything, "this is war, Elena Khan and get ready to show the whole world the real you". (Finally walked away as she look on donning a scared look)
