Moon heaven
"My goddess you have been summoning to the council room," her loyal servant called.
She had expected Zeus and the councilmen to have called her earlier than this....when the wound was still fresh.
She elegantly stood up from her golden throne not caring about the punishment any longer because she has something shocking to say to the honorable council men.
She walk to the room as her footstep sounded silencing the whole courtroom.
Zeus sat down on his throne watching her with brooding eyes as if analyzing her every move.
She held her chin up, chest out and shoulder back, unblinking making eye contact with Zeus as they stared at each other in a contest.
The head of the councilmen cleared his throat, he was holding a document in his hand that contains the law.
"Goddess Selena are you aware of the crime you committed."
"Yes my Lord am fully aware ."
"And are you prepared to take responsibility for them?"
"Yes my lord."
"Very well then ....my lord Zeus you may proceeds....but before that would you like to say anything else."
"Yes....very much."
She stood in front of everyone not even batting her eyes "it's funny how you can do nice things for people but when you make a mistake it's all forgotten. Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new. "
She paused and around everyone in the room then continued.
"I have been a goddess for how long, I can't even remember because it felt like forever. I was getting bored of being a goddess who is immortal and with no real reason of being alive. Some best things in life are her mistakes especially in my case which have made me realize that. "

Gasped and disbelief was heard throughout the whole room, no one dare to make a sound or even breathe. Who would not want to be a goddess? Only Selena Zeus thought.
