Slipping out of my dirty clothes, I headed for the bathroom, only to realize I didn’t have a fresh set of clothes.

I sighed. "Suit yourself then."
As if remembering something, she tugged on the sleeve of my sweater. "Okay, let’s go."
She nodded twice, as if confirming something. "But you pay for my food."
I didn’t reply as we entered the elevator and headed to the lounge on the ground floor.
It was busy, like a shopping mall.
As I passed my other classmates, I felt their gazes on me.
Seeing everyone staring, I whispered to Sylvia,

But anyone could tell at a glance that they were taking relaxation to a whole new level.
As I scanned the room, my eyes found Quincy.
She was standing with two guys at her side, clearly flustered.
For some reason, my expression tightened.
It was undeniably anger.
I took a step forward, but before I could move again, Sylvia gently held my hand.
"Relax," she said softly. "Please don’t kill anyone."
I smiled the warmest smile I could manage. "Don’t worry, I am."
Haah, like hell I was relaxed.
Seems having a quiet first day wasn’t possible.
