Dawn's pov
I was on the bed thinking about the queen and her words.
It kept repeating in my head like a movie.
Who could be so cruel to keep her between chains in a room for years.
She's just like me.
I'm not in chains but am sure to be a prisoner as well just like the queen said - King Lee's third slave.
I have no hope of being free from the whole mess.
I And here I was getting blinded by the King's treatment towards me.
I'm sure he can be able to pick up a gun and send me to an early grave.
He's crazy, isn't he?
Its time I stopped being a prisoner here.
I have my life to live as well.
I'm going to leave this place while I can.
At least when am not yet pregnant for him.
I can still be free!
I got up from the bed and headed for the wardrobe. I brought out a black outfit that matched and wore it as fast as I could.
It was almost bedtime and I think everyone should be in their rooms.
I took a thick grey coat and covered my body with it.
I removed the ring the king had given me and dropped it in the drawer.
I got hold of a flashlight and left the room.
Luckily, there was no one lurking around the hallway. I moved hurriedly across and went through the place I followed earlier today.

I found the key and opened the room before sneaking in.
The queen was on her feet combing her dark hair. She was facing the wall and was yet to notice my presence.
"Good evening...your highness" I greeted bowing.
She turned and a surprise stare emerged.
"I warned you...didn't I??" She chided angrily.
"I wasn't comfortable knowing you are here all alone--"
"Get out" She ordered with gritted teeth.
"But...there's something, your highness" I wavered almost breaking down in tears.
"What is it?" She asked scornfully.
"I want to run away from here and I don't want to leave without you" I professed nervously.

Simone's pov
I strolled through the palace garden with the maids behind me.
The doctor gave instructed me to take a short walk before going to sleep.
I know the baby would come sooner than we think - I could feel it.
I will make sure no one touches him or disrespects him. He'll be worshipped in the whole kingdom and beyond.
Nothing can stop me from achieving that.
We strolled past the resting place which was a table and chairs under an umbrella.
I noticed someone sitting there and I could tell just by the color of her hair - Alicia.
I approached her slowly whole the maids waited behind.
To my amazement - she was drinking alcohol and looked drunk already.
"Alicia, what on earth do you think you're doing?? Have you forgotten its against the law for a queen to drink???" I asked irascibly and snatched the bottle away from her grip.
"What's the worst thing King Lee would do to me this time around?
He's already punishing me by being a terrible husband.
He doesn't care at all..."
She cried out and for the first time ever, I felt sorry for her.
"I'll help you Simone...
I'll help you get our king back.
We will make him madly in love with us.
Thats a promise" I said feeling ballsy.
"We can't make him love us when that princess is still on the way, Simone. I have a new plan..." She muttered as tears dropped from her eyes.
Dawn's pov
She remained quiet for a long time just staring at me and I wondered what was going on in her mind.
She sighed and sat on the bed unable to utter a word.
"I don't want to leave, Anna" She mumbled.
Like seriously?....
Does she enjoy being in this place for years?....
The silence in the room was steep and my mind wandered on a lot of things.
Suddenly, I heard footsteps from behind.
Oh my God!
I turned and the first person my eyes caught was King Lee...
I gasped and took a feeble step back.
