CHAPTER 8
Aurora was losing lots of blood and if I hesitated to take her to the hospital she might die on my arm.
I quickly piggy backed her and rushed down the stairs as the workers kept looking at me in surprise.
"Will you guys keep staring at me or you will quickly go open the car door" i said pissed off by their attitudes as one of the female workers which i didn't really recognise as one of them rushed out, i hurriedly took the quite weighty aurora out of the mansion to my car, i closed the back sit door and went back inside the mansion.
"Listen you guys… i don't want you guys to tell my mom that something bad had happened to aurora, simply tell her that we both went for sightseeing… have i made myself clear!?" I asked as they all bowed.
"Yes sir!" They all replied
"Good" I said as I rushed back to my car and drove out through the already opened gate.
I will never touch aurora again or any girl at all… jeez i don't even know if she would survive this, i was rough on her and she's too soft and will never shut her mouth.
She actually made me lose it… God just helped her and I will never hit a lady again.
I drove into the hospital packed and carried Aurora in a bridal style into the hospital as the nurses quickly rushed to me with a stretcher which I laid her on as they rushed her into one of the wards.
I hated the weird smell of a hospital so I went back inside my car and sat impatiently at the driver's seat with my door open. I can't wait to hear from the doctor. If I don't hear from him sooner, I might die of a heart attack.
I just hope her treatment won't take forever for them to discharge her because if mom hears that i hit a lady she will shut down my earnings as a prince and i won't like that even if i run a big mall.
I once heard that nose bleeding is really dangerous and this is really making me scared even more.
Why didn't i just forgive her and take her character as the normal lady character, had it been i forgot her this wouldn't have happened.
i checked the time and it was 3:50pm i think i should check on aurora they should be done with her by now right?…
I got back into the hospital and the doctor wasn't out yet I quietly sat at a corner checking the time impatiently. I could see people's eyes on me and normally I would have winked at some of the hot ladies I saw around but right now wasn't time for such a thing.
I waited for some more min's as finally the doctor came out of the ward looking expressionless. I stood up from where I sat as we both exchanged pleasantries.
"Mr Robertson, can I see you in my office?" The doctor asked as I nodded.
"Oh… sure please lead the way" I said impatiently, I needed to know how things were with Aurora so that I could know my place.
We got to the office and sat down facing each other.
"Who is the young lady to you?" The doctor leaned forward.
"She…she… she's my mistress" I finally replied as he nodded.
"Was she beaten or something?" The doctor asked as i scratched the back of my neck not knowing what to say.
"Anyways it was a home accident" I replied as the doctor nodded slowly.
"Anyways the young lady nearly got brain damaged because it seems like her brain has been stressed for a long time and any further stress will totally damage her brain, you should avoid anything harsh on her else it will damage her brain" he said as i nodded.
"But can she be discharged today?" I asked
"Yes sure… nothing much happened to her but she can't go now because she is sleeping at the moment" the doctor said "But you can see her now" he added.
"Thanks doc" i said as we shaked hands
"Anytime… I am a nurse and not a doctor" he said as I nodded and left.
I walked into the ward to see Aurora chit chatting and laughing with a guy, they didn't even notice my presence maybe because they were lost in the love talk.
I don't know why but I didn't like the way he made her happy. I didn't even like his presence in the ward and the most annoying part is that he made her look okay as if she wasn't in the hospital.
I hate this feeling but i won't leave, i want to see whatever will happen between them both.
"Alright i will be on my way… nice meeting you do take care of yourself please" he said as aurora smiled heartily at him.
"Thanks alot you are really a nice person and I hope to see you in a better place, only nice people like you should be created" she said mockingly as if she was seeing me, does it mean i am wicked and cruel and not nice?.
"We will sure meet again miss aurora" he said giving her a card "do call me when you are free" he said as aurora received it with a smile.
"I will surely call you. '' she replied as the young dude took her hands in a kiss as he turned to see me standing by the door.
"Oh… welcome man, you are her bro right?" He said stretching his hands for a shake.
"Get the fuck outta my sight!" I shouted angrily as he squealed his shoulders and turned to Aurora and blew kisses to her which she stupidly accepted with a smile.
I walked up to her as she lay back beside me…
"Guess you had a good catch here in the hospital and in your sick bed" I smacked folding my hands over my chest.
She quickly sat up dramatically as she signed…
"How does that affect you huh… or do you want to hit me again?, then go ahead you ugly monster!" She shouted as she forcefully folded her hands over her huge chest pouting childishly.
I was quite hurt by her words but I just had to ignore them.
"Get ready, we are going home… meet me at the car" i said coldly and walked out of the ward to the reception where i sorted the bills via credit card and went back to my car, almost immediately aurora quietly walked out and got inside the car without saying a word to me.
Aurora's POV
"I have been waiting for you guys where have you been?…you guys kept me worried" the queen, who I was almost getting used to calling her mom, said as I signed.
"Mom I was…" I tried saying as Clark cut me short.
"Yes mom, we went sightseeing… right aurora?" He asked as I clicked my tongue in annoyance.
"Yes…" i replied dryly rolling my eyes heaven ward
"Awwn… i love the way you guys are getting along pretty well" mom said as she kissed our foreheads.
"Mom i will just go upstairs" i said as she nodded slowly as i trailed back to my room.
I slumped weekly on my bed as i lay down facing the ceiling, it's been a long bad day but a stranger helped make my day and here i was giving his credit to a monster, he is such a good and handsome guy and only such guys should exist on earth and not cruel devils like clark.
"He told me his name right?… yeah harry such a cute name, i should just save his number to my phone at once.
I copied his number from his card to my phone as i dialed the number.
" hello harry… it's me…" i tried saying
"My darling aurora!" He said keeping me in surprise.
"How did you know and why are you calling me your darling?" I asked curiously.
"Because i loved you immediately i set my eyes on you and it's quite strange you know?" He said keeping me in a state of shock and confusion.
Is he serious?… I don't know why I feel like I like him too but I just knew him!!.
