Ravine's POV
Shit. I've been caught.
I never knew I'd be caught so quickly.
It was all Charlie's fault for taking my real name.
I stare at Aaron who was looking down at me with a wonderful smirk on his face. I knew I fucked up. The guilt factor was eating me away.
But hey, this is the industry. There's nothing wrong in being deceptive and keeping the work life away from the personal.
The real reason why I've been keeping my name away from Aaron is because... I know he will cast her. He can pay me any sum, but I will not let my works reach HER.
I'm talking of his best friend, Jasmine. I've acquainted with her after a long time, a few months ago and she introduced me to this budding human arts director. She just showed me his picture, but I clearly remember admiring him.
When I was in the club that day, it was like a divine coincidence that he stumbled and we had our first time together. And now, he's the owner of my very first kiss and the only person I've been avoiding confronting with my work life.
I don't want him to know my motive. But he guessed the intention of mine right off the bat like he knew what would happen with Ravine if he ever met her. Of course, I can easily derive that Jasmine talked shit about me all the time. I don't know if he knows the truth, but I'm expecting he is diplomatic enough.
"So, am I right?" He asks me again, I squint my eyes and push him away.
"I'm not working for a pussy like her." I admit, even though she was his friend and they'd definitely exploit me. I smell no such intentions from him, but i definitely smell deception from Jasmine. That bitch is cunning to the core.
"Miss Ravine, please. If you'd work with me, my life will have a literal shift!" He begins to beg. I sit on the couch, pulling my skirt down as his face changes. He must be thinking I'm ending this relationship with him. But he's wrong. I'm willing to continue it because my work life is different than my personal.
"What's in it for me?" Charlie comes to sit beside me as I slap his thigh. All because of this dimwit.
"You can enjoy me as much as you want." His words slip. I raise my eyes as I watch him slap himself. I shake my head in disapproval.
"Miss Ravine, I beg you. Just one script, please." Boy he's really persistent. Sighing, I think of a deal that strikes to me.
"Well, I'll accept your request." Charlie pinches my thigh, but i ignore him and lock his hands.
"Under one condition." Their attention was undivided as they stare at me. Charlie knows I'm thinking of something sinister. But this sinistry is way beyond my normal limits. Folding my leg over the other, I stare at the boy in front of me and smirk.
"You're going to be my sex slave for the next three months."
