"I am going to decline that offer. I am fine with our collaboration and I am happy to help you with your album, but as much as possible, especially right now, I can't take that offer." It will be too risky if she'll go to different places for their shootings. She knows that anything can happen that's why she wanted to be careful around her, especially now that she's pregnant.

A knock was heard and Dong Hua entered the studio, carrying the drinks they ordered. "Excuse me, here is your Caramel Apple Milkshake and Espresso."
"Thank you, uncle Dong Hua." Xia Meilin smiled as she accepted the milkshake.
"Thanks." Xiong Fan accepted his Espresso.
"If you need anything else, please let me know. I will just be standing outside with Zhao Junxu." He left them thereafter.
Xiong Fan took a sip on his drink before he stared at Xia Meilin. She was really a beauty, it is too sad that she is actually married to a fearful man or else he would have made a move on her. With his looks and perfect body, Xiong Fan was positive that he will be able to seduce Xia Meilin. But he can't take the risk of going against Lu Yifeng since he values his work and reputation more. "Being married to Lu Yifeng, how is he as a husband?"
Xia Meilin smiled at his question, "He's the best."
He raised an eyebrow, "A man like him? Aren't you scared of him?"
She shook her head before taking a sip on her drink. After that, she stared down on the ring around her finger. "Why would I be? He's the man who makes me feel the safest when he's with me."
"I guess he does show you a side where he never shows others." Just by seeing how gentle her face became when she looked at the wedding ring around her finger, Xiong Fan was able to tell the affection Xia Meilin has for Lu Yifeng.
"If you are still single now, I could have pursued you." He said honestly. "
"Don't push your luck. I will dump you in an instant." She laughed lightly. She placed her drink aside before she took the piece. "Anyway, break time is over. Let's continue on where we left off. I think we should change this part a bit."
While they continued on working on with the songs, Xia Meilin's phone started ringing.
"Ah, please excuse me." Xia Meilin took her phone and looked at the caller, it was her brother. She went out of the room before she answered the call. "Hello?"
"Xiao Mei, are you free today?" Xia Sinian's gentle voice was heard from the other line.
"I'm currently working. Why do you ask, Sinian-ge?"
"Nothing. I just wanted to check on you. Anyway, I was planning to visit our grandparents this coming weekend, do you want to come with me?"
"Sure, I would love that. Xiao Gua will definitely love to see grandma and grandpa as well."
"You should bring Lu Yifeng too. I want to talk to him about something." He said seriously.

"If you want to apologize to someone, you should apologize to Xiao Gua."
"I already did." He chuckled a bit. "In return, he wants me to teach him how to swim. I'll continue our lesson this weekend."
