Upon hearing this, Erha responded,

The shadow quickly vanished.
At that moment, Erha raised its paw and pressed a bell on the table.
Immediately after, Erha lay back down on the floor, once again pretending to be just an ordinary dog.
Soon, footsteps were heard from outside, and a man who looked to be from the Western Region walked in respectfully.
"Honorable Master, your loyal servant Maimaiti awaits your command."
Wenter glanced at Erha, who was lying on the ground wagging its tail. A smile tugged at the corner of his mouth, and he said,
"Choose a female from the Tibetan mastiffs we recently bought from the barbarian traders and give her to it."
Wenter pointed at Erha beneath the table.
Maimaiti nodded and said, "Very well, Master."
"Oh, by the way, I asked you to find someone in Tuman City who can play the piano. Any news?"
Truthfully, Wenter didn’t hold much hope for this task. Even in the West, very few people knew how to play an elegant instrument like the piano, let alone in this distant Eastern land.
He enjoyed playing the piano. However, he felt that, much like how sublime music requires an appreciative ear, it lost its true essence without a companion who understood it.
