Mars immediately ran from his troops and went to find the origin of the scream. He could guess that the sound must come from the girl who spent the night with him.
His mind immediately became a mess. He thought something terrible had happened that made Emmelyn scream so hysterically.
As soon as he arrived at the door of his chamber, Mars broke the door, thinking that a bad guy was about to kill the mother of his future children.

He had drawn his sword and immediately cast his gaze around the room. Not seeing anyone else there, he placed his sword on the table and approached Emmelyn, who was sitting on the bed with teary eyes.
"What happened?" he asked again anxiously.
Emmelyn immediately pressed the blanket against her chest when she saw the prince's eyes glancing at her breasts that were exposed.

"I'm going to die!" snapped Emmelyn in a desperate voice. "This is all your fault ..."
Mars was stunned by Emmelyn's words. Instantly, his heart ached, as if stabbed by thousands of enemy swords.

When the young man got out of bed, he stared at Emmelyn for a long time. Mars felt so relieved, and he almost followed his impulse to hug her.
Ahh ... luckily, he managed to restrain himself. He then patted Emmelyn's head like he would to a child and then left the room.
Emmelyn could hear his voice calling the butler to send some maids into his chamber and help Emmelyn get dressed.

An hour later, Emmelyn was walking down to the dining room. She looked beautiful in a pretty dress and neat appearance. The girl walked over to the dining table where Mars sat waiting for her with so many mouth-watering dishes.
"You must eat a lot," said Mars, placing a plate of meat, pastries, and fruit slices in front of Emmelyn.
The girl frowned. "Actually, what's wrong with me? My hand is so sore. Does this really have nothing to do with your curse?"
She stared at Mars with a probing look. The prince swallowed hard and shook his head.
"No. I'll definitely know. If you are affected by my curse, you would be dead by now."
"Then what's wrong with me?" asked Emmelyn again.
Mars cleared his throat. "Looks like something happened this morning to your hand. But don't worry, you won't die. So, you better eat now."
"I eat with my right hand but it's too sore to eat right now," Emmelyn sighed irritably. However, before she grumbled again, Mars had taken a piece of meat with a fork and raised it to her lips.
"Let me feed you so you can eat," said Prince Mars in his deep baritone voice.
Emmelyn was stunned to see the devil had cut the meat on her plate, without her asking, and was now about to feed it to her.
Gosh ... am I dreaming? The girl was utterly confused.
"What are you doing?" asked Emmelyn in surprise.
"I am feeding you. The mother of my future children must not starve. You must be healthy to bear my children," Mars replied solemnly.
Emmelyn immediately hiccuped when she heard the man's words.

Apparently, in his mind was always how he could fatten her for the job of giving birth to his children!
Emmelyn regretted almost feeling moved by his gesture.
She thought he did care about her.
