"Hold tight, Ranran!" he shouted, and the car suddenly tipped on its side, making a ninety-degree turn, just squeezing through the narrow gap between the two trucks.
"Bang—" Almost at the same moment, the two trucks collided, creating a massive sound.
The sports car landed back on the ground, causing quite a tremor. Luckily, they were both buckled in, or they would have hit their heads on the car roof.

However, the situation wasn’t over yet; a very long truck drove out and stretched across the middle of the road ahead of them, blocking their way.
They planned a pincer attack!
Continuing to drive was definitely not an option.
Gu Yixuan made a snap decision to ditch the car, pulling Mo Ran to quickly get out and run towards the sidewalk. As long as they made it to the sidewalk, they would be safe.
Unfortunately, the two cars from behind caught up, their speed exceptionally fast, bearing straight down on them.
