“Get your f****d up ass out of my way”
Rebecca pushed the servant who was standing right beside her away. Anger engulfed her. The thought that Ethan chose a mere nanny over her made her go crazy.
She had always wanted Ethan for herself, but she never imagined she would fight over him with someone as lowly as a nanny. He even turned down her offer of him following her to the party.
Immediately she stepped outside the mansion, she walked straight to the car. The Lamborghini's door was already opened. She hopped into the car, and the driver drove off immediately.
“That god-damned nanny! I can't believe you, Ethan. You actually sided with a nanny instead of me. This is really getting out of hand” Rebecca lamented.
No matter what, she must get that nanny out of Davison's villa.
“That peasant will never be the reason I'll lose Ethan. I'm too close to go back. I have to take back what's mine. Watch your back, damn Valerie Watson”.
Meanwhile, at Justin's apartment, he was seated in the sitting room with his eyes fixed on the television set. Patricia walked in, and Justin glanced at her before turning his face away.
Patricia exhaled deeply before speaking up. “Justin, we have to talk. This is vital and…”
“What is there to talk about, Patricia? Are you not tired of talking about this marriage stuff? If you are not tired of it, I'm freaking exhausted. Cut me some slack” Justin cut in sharply, and sipped the drink in front of him. She swallowed hard.
“Come on, Justin, I'm not talking about getting married. Actually, I just want to apologize for all the issues we've been having lately because of the marriage stuff. I'm sorry, I don't just feel secure ever since my sister showed up knowing how much you loved her” Patricia bowed her head, and Justin scoffed.
Justin rolled his eyes, and sighed. “Insecure indeed!”.
Patricia reluctantly walked to the couch, and sat right beside him, and thought.
“It's time to do what I should do. I can't take any chances”.
“Babe, could you please get me some water? I'm having a slight headache” Patricia broke the silence between both of them.
Justin glared at her before reluctantly getting up from the couch. “This is my favorite soap. You're such a bother”. He kept grumbling as he walked out of the sitting room to the kitchen.
As soon as he left, Patricia quickly brought out a wrapped nylon from her jeans pocket. She quickly applied the substance in the nylon into Justin's drink.
With that done, she quickly put the nylon back into her pocket. A few seconds later, Justin walked back into the sitting room with a bottle of water and a glass. “Here it is. Will you now let me watch my soap opera in peace?”
“I apologize for disturbing” Patricia opened the bottle, poured out the water into the glass, and gulped it down.
She watched Justin pick the glass containing the drugged wine, and drank from it. Smiles escaped her lips. Her plans were gradually falling into place.
Justin continued watching TV when he started feeling drowsy all of a sudden. He kept trying to keep himself awake, but he couldn't stop himself.
Gradually, he fell into Patricia's arms. Patricia chuckled excitedly. Now, she had Justin in her palms, and she would do whatever it takes to make him marry her.
“No damn sister of mine would take you away from me now, Justin. You're mine, and no one would stop me from having you all to myself”.
At the Davison's Residence, President Ethan had just taken his bath and was still dripping wet. He walked out of the bathroom. Walking straight to the mirror, he picked up a comb, and combed his curly hair. Just then, he heard a knock on his door. “Come in”.
The door creaked open, and to his greatest surprise, Valerie walked in. A gasp escaped Valerie's lips on seeing how hot the president looked. She couldn't help but drool. No matter how hard she tried not to look at him, she found herself drooling at his hot looking abs.
“Are you done checking me out?” The President's voice smacked her out of her thoughts. She gulped nervously, and bowed her head.
“I'm… I'm sorry, Sir. I… I just came to serve you dinner. Mrs. Veronica told me to since she couldn't bring it here herself” Valerie stammered. She couldn't believe she was actually stuttering. Was it because of how handsome the president looked?
Valerie walked to the table, and dropped the tray of covered plates on the table. “I'll take my leave, Sir”.
With that, she approached the door. She was a few meters away from the door when Ethan stopped her. “Wait”. Upon hearing him, she halted. Her heart raced faster as she gradually turned around to look at him.
“Sir?”
Ethan walked closer to her, and she couldn't help but hold her breath. “What makes you think you shouldn't taste the food you just brought to me?”
He actually whispered into her ear, and she bit her fingers nervously. “I'm sorry. I'll taste the food immediately”.
Valerie rushed to the table, and uncovered the plate containing the chicken sauce. She couldn't bear standing that close to such a tempting man. She quickly tasted the food, and turned to him. “It's done, Sir”.
“Why do you keep apologizing? Even when you shouldn't?” President Ethan snorted at her, and she scratched her head.
Ethan sat on the couch, and ate the food a little while she was still standing in front of him. “Who cooked this?”
“The cook, sir.” Valerie snapped.
President Ethan frowned. “This tastes bad”
“Huh? Who do you want to cook for you? I mean, what would you like to eat?” Valerie asked.
“You” Ethan replied in the most seductive voice.
Valerie was stunned. She blinked her eyes rapidly. “Me?”
