The week after she returned from Boston was hella hectic for her, yes she agreed to help and be involved in the preparation for their birthday and also her parent's anniversary but she didn't expect it to be so much work, she expected to just have to pick between wines, cake and decorations and all that kind of stuff but what she wasn't ready for was the kind of work her parents had assigned to her, they made her do the public aspect and she had to face the cameras officially for the first time in her life and even though it hasn't been as bad as she had thought it would be, it still wasn't easy.
"I think it was pretty easy seeing that you decided to appear more on TV,"
The voice in her head accused, she let out a small laugh, she had made a small, okay not so small decision on Wednesday when a brand she worked with shortly as Natalie had approached her and wanted to sign with her, she hadn't given it much thought and just signed the deal, it was a leap in another direction, she wanted to try out new things and see how far it will go, she was done with being in the background and alone, she was having an interview which is what she was getting ready for, she looked at herself in the mirror and smiled.
"Wow, you are so beautiful,"
The lady making her up said, she smiled at her, of course, she knew she was beautiful, she took a selfie and decided to upload it on her new insta page, she opened it right after signing with Rosebell beauty, as a brand ambassador, and she gained so many followers within a day, she now stood at ten million plus only three days after opening her second account while her first was almost twenty million, she did a face reveal while she was on the plane back home to Florida, it's not as if her followers didn't already know she was the face behind the brand, she got so much positive response that it had given her the push she needed, she liked the new her, when she had told her parents about signing a deal, they had reacted different from how she had expected them to, they had been worried that she might be doing what she does not want but she assured them that she was ready to live this life and they had given her their full support.
She read through a few of her comments before keeping her phone and looking at her reflection again.
The interview started a few minutes later.
"So, can you tell us more about yourself and your goal going forward?"
The interviewer, a very pretty lady asked, Nicole, smiled.
"Sure, like everyone would know already my name is Nicole Evans, the daughter of Richard and Millicent Evans, I have a twin and right now, I don't think I really have a long term plan, I just want to be able to do a lot of things that I haven't had the mind to do and just go on with life,"
"We will like to see, you have gotten such a loyal fanbase for someone who wasn't in the spotlight until recently, how do you deal with your, I can't say newfound fame because fame is not new in your family, but how do you deal with it?"
"Huh, there is no sure way to deal with things like that, like you said my family has been in the spotlight since I can remember and I could say I had it in me all along and well I decided to only embrace it now,"
"Aww, what pushed or what motivated you to do these things that you didn't do before?"
"Well, to be honest, I will be turning Twenty-seven in a few days, Saturday to be precise and I wanted a change, I have been hiding for Twenty-six whole years and I don't want to anymore, I don't have to hide, this is who I am,"
"That nice,"
The interviewer said, Nicole had already gone over the questions with her and they weren't filming live so they can edit out whatever doesn't come out well and the interviewer seem genuinely interested and nice, she had fun during the interview and she hoped any future interview she would have will be like this, yes, she knew this was how her life is going to be now and she choose to embrace it and do something big with Twenty-seven...

"Wow, I didn't really expect him to start dating so soon,"
Grace said as she walked into her room, it was her birthday today and also her parent's anniversary and Grace had come as she had promised, Nicole had been looking forward to today and already made some big changes that would make her chapter Twenty-seven a cool and eventful one, she decided she wasn't going to hide from life again and there was no going back on it.
"What do you mean? Who are you talking about?"
Nicole asked still looking at the mirror, the makeup artist just left a few moments ago and Nicole loved the outcome of her face, she didn't have too much makeup on bit enough to enhance her beauty.
"I am talking about your husband, I mean ex-husband, Rafael,"
Nicole felt her heart leap at the mention of Rafael, she turned to see Grace holding a magazine and scrolling through her phone.
"Why? What happened to him?"
"Oh, there is a dating rumor,"
Grace revealed passing the papers she held to her, the front page had a photo of Rafael with a very pretty woman, she wasn't a stranger, it was the same lady she had seen him in New York with, they were really a thing, in the photo, he held her hand and she was smiling, they both were smiling, she felt a sharp pain run through her, her whole mood-changing immediately, she knew this was going to happen, has been secretly preparing herself for it, yet it still hurt to see the man she loves with another woman, she opened the paper and read through it while trying her best to keep calm, this was bound to happen, they weren't married anymore, of course, he would move on and because he is a public figure it, making the papers were a must whether he wants it or not, if she starts seeing someone new, it might happen to her too.
