Finally, Linden let his hand go, but my husband didn’t even blink as he watched Ilya walk out of the reception.
A few minutes later, Moses came to us. “Did you invite him?”

“He wouldn’t risk anything because he knew he was playing with fire. And they were talking. Not flirting.”
“I still don’t like the idea of him walking around and talking to my friends and family,” Linden said through gritted teeth.
“He knew his limitation,” Moses tried to calm Linden, but his body was still stiff. ”And don’t ruin your wedding day. He’s not worth it.”

Before Moses could answer, Terzo came to us. “Best wishes to both of you.”
