She brought out her phone and gave him the contacts he requested for. She closed her eyes and breathed a sigh of relief, smiling. She felt a burden had been lifted off her shoulders. Maybe this was not a bad idea after all, she thought.
" Anything else? " His voice jolted her back into presence.

" As soon as possible, a week after maybe " He replied, not batting an eye.

" How can I get married in just a week?! What will people think?; This is a rushed marriage and it's hilarious! " She shouted at the top of her lungs.
Liam looked at her like she was crazy " Of course we have to get married as soon as possible. That's why we will sign the contract today so we can start making preparations for marriage, we have to start making babies you know "
Carla calmed down after hearing that " Oh I forgot the reason I'm getting married, to be your baby factory " She muttered bitterly.

Liam's blood began to boil in rage. How dare she blame him?! He had seen the hatred in her eyes, how dare she?! Of course he hadn't forced her to do a thing so why would she blame him for everything?
" I asked you to sign a contract marriage but I didn't force you Carla, you accepted to do this of your own free will so why are you giving me attitude? " He asked in a very low voice.
She rolled her eyes " When did I do that? " She threw the question right back at him.
" Action speak louder than words, Carla " He replied, looking at her with dangerous eyes.
She flung her arms in a devil-may-care manner " Whatever! " And huffed.
" There there! We need to talk about this attitude of yours, I won't tolerate your smart mouth once you become mine, I don't give room for disobedience " He said in the same low, dangerous tone.
Carla rolled her eyes again " Or what? Mister, I'm very much free to say whatever I want! "
