Next morning,
I got up very early, left for work. Without my mum noticing.
"Handheld Ltd corporation!. (H.L.C)."
I gazed at the big signboard, with that, I embarked in.
"Grace?. Back?."
James glared, bypassed, craving to talk to me, but I didn't give him an opportunity!.
I moved straight up, ogling at places like a newcomer. Leaving my past behind. Very joyous to be free.
One of the things I learned in that horrible place is that life is short, and situations can drastically change, just with a blink of an eye.

"Hello, sir!."
I said as I entered his office.
"No change!."
I said to myself moving my eyes around his office.
"I am happy to have you back. Everything has been fixed and your office is back to you!."
My boss explained briefly without glancing at me as he used to.
"Weird!."
He seemed so busy,
"Thank you, sir!."
With that, I left.
I took a talk round the company. People gossip about our CEO leaving.
He didn't tell me anything so I didn't take that into consideration!.
"Welcome back, Grace!. Meet your new, soon to be, CEO. Happy to have you back with us!."
Mr. Ethan stated and left.
"Congrats then!. Or let's wait till then!."
I answered slowly, but he was distant already. So he didn't get me.
"This is serious."
I said to myself stunned.
"I missed this bureau!."
Walking around verifying everything. I fell sat on my rolling stool.

Andrew's POV ¶¶
Seated in my office, wearied, barely could I work.
One thing rolling my head.
"Where can I find her!."
I had nothing to hang on, the card given by her mother to me at my hospital bed, was nowhere to be found.
{Phone ringing!.}
Immediately picked it up, expecting to get Grace's voice telling me, "Hey, how are you feeling?.".
Hope-filled I was.
"Sir, a call from the CEO of Masahiro, he said it's urgent!."
My serictery said
"I said no nuisance, Carol!."
I yelled at her stupidity.
"You are fire!."
It's all I wish to respond to her.
"Sir, he insisted!."
Carol still spoke out
"Okay!."
I gave up, anyway I had nothing doing!.
"Sir, the lady, who was to replace me months ago is back!. I want to know if the replacement still holds?."
Mr, Boss said
"Of course, we need a competent female CEO. So you know what to do with her!."
With that, I off the call.
Everything sounded so tiring, my wound wasn't solaced to.
Our company has been a victim of criticism of not empowering females. All the ten CEOs were male, this wasn't fiddling in our favor!. Anyway, we needed to make a move.

Felicia seated crossed leg
"I really do Felicia, I hate being like this, you can't literally imagine!. All this retropulsion isn't because of what people might think of. It's personal, it comes from within. I want to be normal, no matter what it takes!. I am ready to forfeit!."
Joe boldly explained twisting his face disgustfully at himself.
"Even Izzy?."
Felicia explained immediately after him.
"What do you mean!."
He stopped at her words fortify
Felicia hesitated,
"The first step to this is to break up with Izzy."
But she finally spoke up
Joe immediately got up from his chair, wandering around
"How can I do this, I love my wife! and we have a child!."
Joe asked
"Yeah, philia love, Joe philia!. Think over this!."
She retired arching her head at Joe's resistance and misapprehension.
Joe also departed, very confused not knowing what to do with all that!.
I felt that he loved Izzy, but was that really the case?.
"How can I love, yet not be in love?. Till the extend of not wanting to make-out with my own wife?. How can it be possible?. What if Felicia is wrong and Izzy isn't a problem?."
Joe couldn't have a good day.
Izzy a lady who had never done him any wrong, but always showed him love!.

I was called to my boss's office!.
"Take a seat Grace"
He ordered staring at me as usual.
This was normal, rather than earlier!.
"I am nervous sir, any problems?."
Frightened to lose my job so soon,
"Don't worry, take this contract go through, if you are okay with it, then come back with them signed. You have until the end of the day!. Grace, I shouldn't run behind you!."
He forwards the files to me,
"CEO contact of engagement!."
I got stunned as I read the headline at the top of the files.
"Sir, CEO. But I am not a CEO. Why this!."
I wasn't understanding the happenings.
"Calm down, get into your office, go through these papers very carefully. No one knows about this yet!. Not even Mr. Ethan!. Be discrete!."
He explained his hands up showing the way
"Wow!."
What a day, a few days ago, I was dying of hunger.
"It's okay, get out!."
He raised his hand pointing at the door.
"Oh, oh sorry!."
With that, I left, very excited.
I rushed, locked up myself into my office. When through the papers carefully!.
