"The day is bright. I think it is the best time for me to phone Jordan."
I picked up my phone and dialed his number. The phone rang but he didn't pick it up. I kept on calling until I finally gave up.
"Let me not draw conclusions. He might be busy."
I said to myself.
I got ready for work.
I went to work late.
Everyone seemed to be happy at the office. I didn't understand why. I went straight to my office though I was curious.
I start working as usual but the places were really quite.
Everywhere was so peaceful and they felt so unstressed up as usual.
I immediately when to our boss's secretary to find out what was happening.
"Why the sudden change of mood?."
I whispered
"So you aren't aware?."
She asked me back.
"What a stupid question," I said to myself.
"Yeah, I am not aware this is why I am asking you. So can you tell me?."
I answered her.
"The boss isn't around. It seems like he won't be here for a week. He went for a conference out of town. This weekend is starting well. Is it?. We can all plan an outing to relax."
She gladly explained to me.
"Thank you very much."
Screamed excitedly, I kissed her and ran to my office.
I checked for all my pressing files of the day and I worked on it.
"It sucks!."
I was getting done. So as to leave.

"Hello Grace, please scan and email me all the files on the financial activities of the past year. Sorry if I didn't let you know earlier. We are at our headquarters at Berlin with our owner's first son Mr. Andrew. All the C.E.O of all the 10 branches of our country "Indian pole" to make our annual meeting. So I will be working with you on this for this week. So I want you to be on at all times. I might need any documents at any time."

"Okay, sir!."
He offed the call.

I became a week.
The files were so much. I had to compile the once in my computer and scan all the other documents.
I really wanted to leave earlier for Eliza's plans.

" Hello, girl. I will soon be done with what I am doing. Can we meet at 3 pm to go get a wedding present for Elizabeth?."
Izzy asked.
"Oh sorry. I don't think that will be possible. I am so busy here at work and I can evacuate as early as we planned."
I explained
"Eliza, won't be happy..."
She pitied me.
"Please, get my own give and parcel it. I will pay you back. I don't think I will have time to get to the market. Elizabeth will kill me."
"Anyway, I understand you. I will try and explain everything here."
Izzy said.

I kept on working on the files with his our CEO's secretary Samira.
