"Is everyone ready?" Prince Aurelion asked.
"They’re now waiting for your order, Your Highness," Dravon replied.
"Good. Tell them to advance."
Countless Dragonkins rose to the sky as the war drums were beaten.
Other Jinns had also been mobilized, all of them headed in one direction—to Casimir City.
According to Commander Dravon’s report, none of the scouts they had sent to spy on their enemies had returned, which only meant one thing...
They had died doing their mission, proving that their enemies shouldn’t be underestimated.
The report mentioned that the Death Bat, who had captured Princess Zia, was allied with the Wanderers and had taken Casimir City as his base.
Prince Aurelion had to admit, the Death Bat was stronger than he was. But that didn’t matter.
The Death Bat was alone. He would be no match against the Dragonkin Army, which had two Majin Princes and a Majin Princess.

"Where are they now?" Prince Aurelion asked.
"They escaped to the north," Princess Xynalia answered. "They know they are no match against our combined might, so they chose to flee."
"Cowards." Prince Aurelion glared in the direction of the North. "When did they flee?"
"A day ago," Princess Xynalia replied.
"Understood." Prince Aurelion nodded.
The Dragonkin Prince returned to his Dragon Mount without giving a second glance to the two princesses, who had returned without the person that he wanted to see the most.
Since that was the case, he would chase the fleeing Jinns with everything in his power.
"Nagas, use your power to find their tracks," Prince Aurelion ordered. "Dravon, send some of our people to double-check if there are any stragglers in the city."
"Yes, Your Highness!" Dravon ordered.
They were not so gullible as to believe Princess Xynalia’s words at face value.
There was a chance that some Jinns were hiding in the city, simply waiting for them to leave before coming out once more.
The Jinns who could burrow underground also moved to inspect under the city, making sure that no underground tunnels were created to hide their enemies.
Three hours later, a full sweep of the city had been made, and just as the Princess had told them, not a soul remained behind.
It wasn’t that hard to find traces of the movements of those who fled to the north since their footprints were left behind.
However, this made Prince Aurelion and Dravon suspicious, so they employed the Nagas, who were well known for their tracking magic.
"There are three traces left behind," the Naga Patriarch said after carefully reading the signs of magic in the surroundings. "All the Jinns that are capable of flight flew to the west, while those who can only travel on land headed north.
"There are also signs that the Knolls, whom His Highness has ordered to scout this city, have headed northwest. It is safe to say that they have split their forces for a purpose. Those who headed west numbered less than five thousand at most. They all have the ability to fly, making them very mobile."
Prince Aurelion frowned. "So the Jinns heading to the North are distractions?"

Prince Aurelion shifted his attention to Dravon, who was the Commander of his Army.
"What do you think, Commander?" Prince Aurelion asked.
"I think we should consider what our priority should be, Your Highness," Dravon replied. "If we are just going to eliminate the bulk of their army, heading north is the right choice. However, I am very curious about the ones who flew to the West.
"If I were in their position, I would also prioritize escaping if I knew winning was impossible. However, that doesn’t mean that I cannot conduct guerrilla tactics to devastate the enemy ranks."
Prince Aurelion nodded because he was thinking of the same thing.

The Prince believed that wherever the Death Bat was, Princess Zia would also be.
