In the distance, the abandoned castle once occupied by the Dullahan finally crumbled into ruins under Megumin's daily explosion ritual. The ancient castle that stood on the cliff lasted only three days without undead servants to repair and maintain it.
"Satisfied?" Adam swiftly caught her wobbling form before she could fall.
With a flushed face and a satisfied smile, Megumin said to him, "That was amazing! Adam, want to try it out?"

"That's good." Adam felt relieved at her assurance.
Other times didn't matter, but during crucial battles, she couldn't afford to mess up — she'd be the only one getting hurt.
After that, Megumin quietly lay on his back, focusing on recovering her strength.

"Yes, yes, yes, I apologize for implying you're flat-chested in a roundabout way."
"Ah, you actually said it again!"
The two started squabbling once more.
After a while, when Megumin's anger subsided, she repositioned herself properly as he took large strides forward, not minding her earlier tantrum. She was still a young girl, so being a bit willful was normal, and Adam just went along with it.
After walking some distance, Megumin suddenly poked her head out and asked, "Adam, what kind of girls do you like?"
"What kind of girls do I like?" He pondered for a moment, "Hmm... more mature ones, I suppose."
To be honest, discussing his preferences with a 13-14 year old girl made him feel rather uncomfortable.
But since Megumin wouldn't stop asking until she got an answer, he had no choice but to give this vague response and hope she wouldn't press further.
"Mature... you mean like Darkness and Aqua?" She muttered softly.
After Darkness returned from the weapon shop and Aqua recovered from her hangover, Megumin sought them out.
"Please excuse my sudden request, but I have something important to ask both of you!" The three sat together in a circle as she made her formal appeal.
"What is it, Megumin? Why so formal all of a sudden?"
"Yes, you can ask us anything without hesitation." Seeing Megumin's serious demeanor, Aqua and Darkness responded earnestly, "We'll help if we can."
"Aqua, Darkness..." Megumin's voice filled with gratitude, "Actually, I want to know how I can become more like you two..."
Aqua and Darkness exchanged puzzled glances.
"You know... like you two...!" With a mix of embarrassment and excitement, Megumin traced curvy shapes in the air.
"Oh! You mean this? You want to know how to get a good figure?" Aqua stated bluntly, oblivious to the young girl's sensitivity.

"Well then, let me tell you exactly how to achieve a perfect figure!" Aqua proudly patted her chest, then leaned in close to whisper.
