"I don't know you, and I've never seen you before, why do you bear ill will towards me?"
"Could it be that you're connected to the murderer from the 18th Floor? Is that why you tried to ambush me?"
"Not saying anything, huh." Adam sighed, "I don't know who you are, but my skill activated, which means your ill intentions could put me in a crisis. That makes killing you perfectly reasonable, doesn't it?"

He was prepared for this situation. After all, an 'outsider' facing off against a 'guardian' was quite normal.

"Anomaly... what's that?" It seemed curious about Adam's words but didn't pursue the matter, "Your Vessel is very powerful. I was testing you earlier, and now I have something I'd like you to help with."
