He gripped the sword and silently activated his breathing technique.
As the technique enveloped the blade, it darkened and gained a lustrous sheen, while the hieroglyphs etched into its surface began to radiate brilliantly.

"Yes, just like my dagger Hestia's Blade, Adam should also name his weapon." Bell said shyly, referencing the name Hestia had given his own blade.
"Then I'll call mine 'Hestia's Blade' too... though I guess that won't work." Adam teased the shy rabbit and hearth goddess before falling into thought. After a moment, he said, "How about 'Immortal's Edge'?"
Both Hestia and Bell agreed it was a perfect name.
And so, the new weapon became Immortal's Edge.
After testing it briefly, Adam removed the Nichirin Longsword from his waist and replaced it with the divine weapon. Since both were standard-issue longswords, the scabbard didn't need changing.
This pleased him — a sword's length could significantly impact a swordsman's abilities.
"Well, now that I have the weapon and Goddess Hestia is back, it seems it's time." Adam stroked his chin and turned to Hestia and Bell, "I plan to go to the Dungeon alone, not for normal exploration, but for an expedition. In other words, I'll be gone for a long time."
