The Martial Arts Arena was deserted except for Ji Xinghuo.
He first went to the equipment area to test his strength. After his Titanium Cobalt Dragon Blood had risen to the Third Level and his body had been strengthened again, it took him about fifteen minutes to get the results.
His bench press weight had reached 15 tons!
Both squat and deadlift weights exceeded 20 tons, with the total weight of the three lifts nearing 60 tons!
Ji Xinghuo was astonished by his own strength. Even for Mutants with Legendary Level Strength Abilities, such levels of power were about the norm.
The Rotating Magnetic Field and Titanium Cobalt Dragon Blood both enhanced strength, and both were Transcendent Abilities. He had raised both abilities to the Third Level, and the combined effects had taken him beyond the scope of normal Mutants.
He couldn’t help scratching his head.
Initially, he had merged with the alien species known as Thousand Spirit Skillful Hand, embarking on the path of a Ranger with speed and agility as his main attributes. However, he had switched to a strength type after advancing to an Advanced Mutant.
However, his speed and dexterity had not fallen behind as a result.
Ji Xinghuo continued testing and found his running speed had increased slightly, and his endurance and burst power had also improved to different extents.
Defense was hard to measure, but it was definitely stronger than before.
Looking at his reflection in the mirror, Ji Xinghuo nodded contentedly. There were many Swordsmen in the base, surely some would be willing to assist.

Although the Titanium Cobalt Dragon Blood was powerful, with over three thousand Titanium Cobalt Dragon Men in the Asia-Pacific Community, there were sure to be others who had escalated to the Third Level and possessed the same abilities. If he brought someone in to test his abilities and word got out, it might be discovered that his Titanium Cobalt Dragon Blood had risen to the Third Level.
And yet, it had been less than a month since he had merged with the Dragon Blood, accidentally exposing a secret.
"I’ll just keep playing with it myself," he decided.
Ji Xinghuo fiddled for a moment and quickly became adept at releasing this invisible mental shock. He could either enshroud the entire area or direct the release in a single direction.
Then an idea struck him, and he let out a loud shout.
As he yelled, Ji Xinghuo unleashed a Soul Shock to its fullest, immediately sensing a difference – his voice had changed.
This voice contained a domineering will, creating a visible shockwave.
The air in front of him roared violently.
The whole Martial Arts Arena trembled slightly.
Ji Xinghuo stopped shouting and looked around as the air whirled around chaotically as if a tornado had swept through. He too was startled.
He didn’t know how to describe his own shout; it was different from his normal voice, more like the roar of a wild animal, not something human-made, somewhat similar to the roar of a Dragon.
Thinking back to his time in Yunxiao City, Ji Xinghuo recalled watching the Linyan Dragons from a distance.
Their roars were somewhat like the sound of his own shout. He couldn’t help but think, could this really be a "Dragon Roar"?
"Dragon Roar doesn’t sound nice; let’s call it Dragon Roar instead."
Ji Xinghuo glanced at the Wanxiang Star Pupil’s interface, noticing a single Dragon Roar had consumed over 30 points of Star Power.
He then shouted again.
The commanding and high-pitched Dragon Roar resonated once more, shaking the entire Martial Arts Arena. The powerful voice, loaded with Spiritual Intimidation, swept across the area, stirring the air into a vicious frenzy.
Ji Xinghuo roared several times in succession. His Star Power drained rapidly, and his throat started to feel a slight pain, as if he had caught phlegm and was somewhat uncomfortable.
However, his strong Recovery Power quickly alleviated the discomfort.
Just as he was about to try again, the door of the Martial Arts Arena was knocked on.
Ji Xinghuo went to open the door and saw Tan Jichun, the head of the training department, standing outside.
Behind him was a group of Swordsmen, mostly fish-guts or Chunjun Swordsmen, each craning their necks and peering curiously into the room.
"Chief Tan, what’s wrong?" Ji Xinghuo asked.
Tan Jichun, looking at the empty arena, said questioningly, "Xinghuo, are you practicing some new ability? The noise is quite loud; it’s disturbing the other training rooms."
Ji Xinghuo then noticed the unsettled looks on the Swordsmen’s faces, as if they had been alarmed and were still recovering from the shock.
The Dragon Roar was that powerful?
Could it shock their souls through the walls of the Martial Arts Arena just by hearing a bit of the sound?
Ji Xinghuo was taken aback and quickly apologized, "Sorry, sorry, I’ll stop right away," and continued to apologize to the Swordsmen repeatedly.
Chief Tan smiled and said, "No harm done; as long as you’re aware. Let the Swordsmen disperse."
As the crowd dispersed, a tall and thin man appeared from behind.
Seeing him, Ji Xinghuo’s expression shifted slightly as he nodded, "Senior Fang, you’re also visiting the base today." The man was Fang Songhe, a Xuanyuan Swordsman who had been following him at a safe distance for the past few days; Ji Xinghuo had only found out his identity last night.
Fang Songhe was at the Legendary Second Dan Level. However, he had an unremarkable appearance, and the Swordsmen just now didn’t recognize him.
"Yishang called me here," Fang Songhe said.
He walked into the Martial Arts Arena, and with a burst of Spiral Force, closed the door behind him.
