Each strike was precise, each movement deadly, his mastery over his weapon and Haki leaving his enemies with no openings to exploit. The dragon agent, struggling to rise, caught Dave's gaze one last time before he was sent crashing back to the ground with a final, decisive blow. The saber-toothed beast attempted to circle around him, claws poised to strike, but Dave met his assault with an unstoppable force, sending him flying back into the rubble.
Dave's Conqueror's Haki pulsed out again, and this time, it was aimed directly at the Celestial Dragons themselves. He turned to them, a dark smile on his face as he spoke, his voice laced with quiet menace.
"Now, let's make one thing clear," he said, his tone as sharp as his blade. "There won't be any more second chances. Try to deceive me again, and You Marine will end up brainwashed bastards too."
The remaining Marine agents hesitated, their confidence shaken, their bodies battered from the relentless onslaught. Sengoku, still in his Buddha form, looked on grimly, realizing with an unsettling certainty that they had no leverage over Dave—not here, not now.
He looked at the saved Celestial Dragons and sighed at least Dave is not killing them but at another side he now looked at the dead bodies of CP0 and God Knights and wondered what will he report back.
In the distance, Tony continued his rampage, demolishing any Vice Admirals that dared approach him, his laughter echoing across the battlefield as he reveled in his newfound power. Above, Enel's and Kizaru's clash painted the sky in vivid streaks of lightning and light, the sheer force of their battle sending shockwaves through the air. For a brief moment, it felt as if the entire world held its breath, the balance of power tipping precariously, as Dave and his crew made one thing unmistakably clear:
The era of untouchable Celestial Dragons and invincible Marines was over. And they were the harbingers of that change.
The battlefield was thick with the scent of charred earth, crushed stone, and the faint tang of iron from blood spilled on the soil. Dave stood amidst it all, a grim specter of dominance, his figure almost serene as he put back Cerberus, the num-chuks still humming with residual Haki energy. His gaze turned to the Celestial Dragons, each of whom was now cowering behind the broken remnants of their once-loyal protectors. The realization that the World Government's elite—the feared God Knights—had been bested was slowly dawning on the Marines and CP0 agents around him. Their confidence had been shattered, and with it, the iron grip of fear they held over the world.
Tony came to stand beside Dave, his "Hulkbuster" like Turbo suit battered but intact, a broad, smug grin plastered on his face as he surveyed the destruction he'd wreaked on the Vice Admirals. Pieces of armor and weaponry littered the ground around him, testament to his ferocious assault. Even now, his fingers flexed with residual energy, prepared for more if anyone dared to step forward. Enel floated down from above, electricity sparking off him in bright, violent arcs, the residual effects of his high-speed battle with Kizaru. His eyes met Dave's, and with a single nod, he affirmed that Kizaru, like the others, had learned that he too could bleed.
Sengoku, still in his massive Buddha form, regarded Dave with a mixture of rage and helplessness. He had witnessed countless battles, but this was different. This wasn't a mere fight; it was a declaration of a new era—a shift in the balance of power that would ripple across the seas. In that moment, he understood that the Marine's authority was slipping, slipping into the hands of someone who couldn't be controlled, bought, or intimidated. Dave was a wild card, a being as unpredictable as the seas themselves, and he had just made a statement that Sengoku knew the entire world would soon hear.
This era that no one is ready for will claim countless lives. Marine is maintaining the balance, even if it sometimes means destroying an island or two to enforce it. But now, by taking this stand, he's essentially declared war directly on the World Government. The entire sea will be engulfed in conflict, and countless people will die. And that—he-Sengoku won't let happen.
"Enough, Dave," Sengoku's voice rumbled, the weight of defeat apparent even in his tone. He had to admit, perhaps even begrudgingly, that their power was no longer absolute, their command no longer unquestionable.
Dave turned to Sengoku, his expression impassive. "Enough?" His voice was low, lethal. "The ones who should've called 'enough' are long gone, Sengoku. Your government crossed too many lines, hurt too many people, and expected no one to retaliate." His gaze flicked to the trembling Celestial Dragons, who, even in their terror, were clinging to the delusion of untouchable privilege. "Those days are over."
The Celestial Dragons, usually draped in grandiosity and disdain, were a pathetic sight now—wilted under Dave's unrelenting presence, their opulent garb muddied, and their arrogance shattered by the realization that no amount of money or title could protect them here. One attempted to call for help, his voice faltering as he pleaded with the CP0 agents who lay broken on the ground, their breathing shallow, their spirits broken.
Tony chuckled darkly, crossing his arms as he leaned into the silence. "Looks like you guys really are at a loss here," he remarked, eyes sweeping the dazed faces of the Marines and Celestial Dragons alike. "Didn't think you'd get hit this hard, did you?"
Enel, crackling with electric energy, smirked. "For gods, they look pretty mortal to me," he said, the words dripping with irony as his gaze lingered on the Celestial Dragons.
The remaining Marines, usually unwavering and battle-hardened, shifted uneasily, casting nervous glances at each other. The aura of untouchable authority around the Celestial Dragons and the World Government had been irreparably dented, and a quiet unease spread among the ranks. Could it be that their allegiance was misplaced? Would they be next to face Dave's wrath if they continued to serve a power structure that was crumbling?
