The blast engulfed the battlefield, forcing even the most hardened warriors on both sides to shield their eyes. The ground quaked, splitting open as the clash of energies created fissures that stretched far and wide.
As the dust settled, both combatants stood amidst the destruction, unscathed but breathing heavily.
Im's expression darkened further. "You've forced me to go all out," she admitted, her voice tinged with both anger and admiration. She raised her arms, and the very shadows around her began to merge with her form, creating an avatar of darkness—a colossal figure with glowing crimson eyes and wings that blocked out the sun.
Dave's smirk didn't waver. His own aura surged, and his Sin Devil Form evolved further. His wings expanded, his horns grew sharper, and his eyes glowed with a fiery intensity. The energy radiating from him was enough to make even seasoned warriors tremble.
"and you can't even force me to use my full powers" he said as he gazed at her.
Even now he is using nothing more than 20% of his full power, as fro entering his Sin Devil form it was just to use his Demonic energy more easily.
The two titans clashed once more, their powers shaking the heavens and earth. Every strike sent shockwaves that carved deep scars into the land. This wasn't just a battle—it was a war between gods, a fight that would decide the fate of the world itself.
Far below, the Neo Marines, Whitebeard Pirates, and remnants of the World Government forces could only watch in awe and terror. This wasn't a fight they could interfere with—it was beyond anything they'd ever imagined.
"Whoever wins," murmured Aokiji, his breath visible in the cold air, "there won't be anyone like them ever in this world."
Tony Stark, standing beside him, adjusted his tech-glasses, his expression grim. "That's the point," he muttered. "Dave power is really great, so is the one he is facing."
The clash between Dave and Im escalated to apocalyptic levels. Each swing of their weapons tore apart the sky, sending shockwaves rippling through the entire battlefield. The towering figure of Im's dark avatar loomed over everything, its massive wings spreading shadows that blanketed the ground below.
Dave, in his fully evolved Sin Devil Form, radiated a fiery crimson aura that burned through the encroaching darkness. His wings flapped once, and the force alone sent debris and shattered rocks flying outward. His Devil Sword Dante pulsated with chaotic energy, a beacon of defiance against Im's overwhelming presence.
"You've ruled for centuries, hidden in the shadows," Dave growled, his voice resonating with unshakable determination. "But no more. Today, the chains you've placed on this world will be broken!"
Im's lips curled into a sinister smile. "And what will replace them? Chaos? Destruction? You're nothing but a pretender, a child playing with powers he can barely control!"
Im launched her next attack, her avatar's massive scythe slashing downward with the force of a meteor. Dave braced himself, gripping Dante tightly as he raised it to intercept the strike. The collision of their weapons created an explosion of light and darkness that swallowed everything around them.
From the swirling chaos emerged Dave, unyielding. With a single, defiant roar, he channeled all his power into a devastating counterattack. His sword glowed brighter than ever, its energy tearing through Im's scythe and shattering her dark avatar into countless fragments.
Im was thrown backward, crashing into the ruins of Mariejois. For the first time, she looked vulnerable.
Dave descended slowly, his wings folding behind him as he approached her. "You're finished," he said coldly, pointing his blade at her.
Im struggled to her feet, blood dripping from the corner of her mouth. "You think you've won?" she rasped, her voice still laced with venom. "This world... it doesn't deserve freedom. It needs order, and only I can provide it."
Dave shook his head, his expression unreadable. "Order? You mean oppression. You've twisted this world to suit your own desires, using fear to keep everyone in line. That ends now."
Im's eyes burned with hatred as she gathered the last of her power. "If I go down, I'll take you with me!" she screamed, unleashing a final, desperate attack. A torrent of dark energy erupted from her, aimed directly at Dave.
But Dave didn't flinch. Raising his sword, he unleashed a slash so powerful it cleaved through the darkness, cutting Im's attack in half and striking her directly.
Im let out a final, piercing scream as her body disintegrated into nothingness. The skies cleared, and the oppressive darkness that had loomed over the battlefield began to dissipate.
Silence fell across Mariejois.
Dave stood amidst the ruins, his form returning to normal as the glow of his Sin Devil Form faded. He glanced at the remnants of Im's throne and the shattered structures around him, then turned to face the stunned onlookers.
"The war is over," he declared, his voice echoing with finality. "The Celestial Dragons, the World Government—they're finished."
Cheers erupted from the Neo Marines and Whitebeard Pirates. The remnants of the World Government forces either fled or surrendered, their spirits broken.
Tony Stark, Aokiji, and Zephyr approached Dave.
"Impressive," Tony said, giving a thumbs up. "But now comes the hard part—building something better."
"That's what the Neo Marines are for," Dave shrugged, to which Tony nodded.
"So, are we returning?" Tony asked.
"Yep. We've done what we could here," Dave replied as Tony nodded again.
"I'll miss this place," Tony said, smiling faintly.
Dave chuckled. "Then we can spend some leisure time here for a few months before returning," he suggested.
"Great. I do need a break," Tony said, walking away with a lighter mood.
Zephyr approached Dave next. "I'm glad you're with us," he said sincerely, looking at Dave.
Dave chuckled softly. "I'm not really with you. I was just a passerby who wanted to help this world," he said, shrugging.
Zephyr nodded in understanding. "Thank you."
Aokiji, standing nearby, echoed the sentiment. "Thank you," he said simply before leaving with Zephyr.
Dave stretched and glanced around. "I should relax too," he thought.
The Neo Marines were busy taking the remnants of the World Government forces into custody, while the five Elders lay lifeless, casualties of the fierce battle.
