Inside the Dragon Soul Department, Ye Qingci did not go back to Stone Sword Edge’s office, with Stone Sword Edge following behind her, still trembling with fear.
"The Black Wolf Demon man fled toward Lin Jiang, there must be a reason. Send more men out to thoroughly investigate the surrounding area of Lin Jiang, it seems there are traces of other demons."

Ye Qingci uttered coldly, waving her right hand, a longsword hanging in the air appeared, Ye Qingci stood on top of it, controlling the sword to sail with the wind.

The Dragon Soul Department watched in awe as Ye Qingci flew away on the sword, a sense of admiration welling within them.

Stone Sword Edge managed to wipe the cold sweat from his forehead while he was talking. In front of Ye Qingci, he dared not even breathe deeply.

Xu Lingshan lay on the sofa in the office on the third floor of the restaurant. He had no choice but to resign to his fate.
At this moment, a customer entered the restaurant. The man was tall and had lost one eye, making him a one-eyed man.

The man looked up at the waitress, then stood up, grabbed the waitress’s neck with one hand, licked her face with his tongue, and said coldly, "Tell Xu Lingshan to come and see me."
Seeing this, the other waitresses all came over to help.
"You can let her go firstly! Do you know where you are? This is not a place where you can wreak havoc.
The man grinned evilly, "Hurry up and call Xu Lingshan out, otherwise, I’m going to kill someone."
The restaurant manager quickly instructed the waitress to summon Xu Lingshan, while trying to control the situation, "Please let go of our staff first, if you have any dissatisfaction, we can discuss it."

After the man said that, he tried to kiss the waitress, but was bitten by the waitress, which broke his lip and blood was dripping out.
The man was furious. With a sudden force in his right hand, the waitress’ neck was snapped, and she was dead instantly.
All the other waitresses were scared, staring at each other. Normally, nobody dared to cause trouble in Xu Lingshan’s restaurant. This man, however, had killed someone in public at the slightest disagreement. How ruthless!
Some customers panicked and ran out of the restaurant.
"A one-eyed man has invaded the restaurant and has taken the waitress Little Li as a hostage, threatening to start killing unless you come out," a waitress hurriedly informed Xu Lingshan in his office.
Xu Lingshan knitted his brows, rolled over and got up. The capture of Su Chengyu had already left Xu Lingshan desperate and frustrated. Now, someone was causing trouble, Xu Lingshan could not help but get angry.

Xu Lingshan walked out of his office, followed by the waitress to the lower floor. The waitress, Little Li, was already killed by the one-eyed man and her body was thrown aside.

Xu Lingshan was fuming over the fact someone dared to kill his staff in his restaurant. This was outrageous, it was like provoking him directly. Xu Lingshan said to the restaurant manager: "Give Bao a call, tell him to bring people over quickly."
"Xu Lingshan, it’s been twenty years, you can’t even recognize me?"
The one-eyed man sat on the table, and as soon as he spoke, Xu Lingshan’s face changed drastically.
"Yan Yong! You’re still alive!" Xu Lingshan exclaimed in disbelief.

Yan Yong grinned sinisterly.
"If you have a score to settle with me, come after me for revenge, why hurt the innocent?"
Seeing the corpse of the waitress, Xu Lingshan felt extremely heartbroken.
