The envoy of the Assassin Sect replied, “Our sect has reemerged in the world and requires the support of powerful forces, and The United States of America is our biggest backer. We help them handle affairs, and they provide us with convenience; it’s a simple matter of mutual benefit.”
Lynch added, “As for our United States’ side, isn’t our goal quite obvious? It’s to incite internal strife in China, to divide them, to prevent them from catching up with us Americans. Under the premise of achieving such a goal, it can even realize some of your dreams. Isn’t it perfect?”
After pondering for a while, Alasha said, “Good, I will trust you once more. We are willing to move to Afghanistan, and even have my warriors enter China.”
Lynch smiled, “That’s right. I believe that our conversation here tonight will all come into reality in a few years, and then we will be the creators of history.”
With a smile across Lynch’s face, the Assassin Sect envoy was expressionless, and Alasha’s face was veiled, hiding his expression. In this crude tent, multiple forces reached an agreement that seemed beautiful but in reality, had no chance of being fulfilled.
Alasha left the tent with his men, starting to gather his followers and initiating the handover procedures with the US Forces to take possession of the weapons and equipment on the several hundred transport vehicles. Inside the tent, only Lynch and the envoy of the Assassin Sect remained.
The envoy asked, “General Lynch, I am a bit curious. Those in the red helmets bluntly threatened you, yet you still agreed to their terms; you must have prepared an ace up your sleeve, right?”
Lynch replied, “The red helmets are just dogs raised by our United States. They are inept at doing their job, and now they even dare to threaten me? They really have a death wish. Once they complete this task, our men will wipe them all out. How could we possibly let them live and leave the Middle East? By then, they would have our secrets in their hands, and wouldn’t we be at their mercy forever?”
The envoy remarked, “Since that’s the case, I can rest assured!” With that, the envoy too left the tent.
Yan Fei was inwardly shocked, never expecting to overhear such an earth-shattering secret tonight. Using his Auxiliary Brain, he had recorded the conversation, but even if he made the video public, the US Government would immediately deny it and certainly not acknowledge the incident. However, even if the American side didn’t care, Yan Fei still chose to release the video because, in the United States’ scheming plan, they intended to throw China’s Greater Northwest into chaos.
