The only issue was that the Drone needed to avoid some of the radar surveillance from The United States of America Navy and Japan Self-Defense Forces, so it needed a bit more time. Even so, it took Yan Fei only 30 minutes to rush to the coordinates from Shanghai.
The Drone flew at full speed, and 30 minutes later, Yan Fei was less than 100 kilometers from the coordinates. At this distance, the Drone’s speed gradually decreased, and the onboard Quantum Radar began scanning a vast area. That was when a large cargo ship was spotted on the sea surface ahead. The large ship was heading east, but its speed was not very fast. Other than that, there were no other ships nearby on the sea surface.
Yan Fei looked at the coordinates and noticed although the cargo ship’s position was slightly different from the one Old Man Gu had provided, he could almost be certain that this ship was the target mentioned by Old Man Gu. Thus, the Drone continued to fly forward until it was five kilometers from the ship and then descended into the sea, proceeding to approach the cargo ship from underneath.
What surprised Yan Fei was that as soon as the Drone entered the ocean, the Quantum Radar detected a submarine hidden beneath that cargo ship. The submarine was closely attached to the underside of the ship, moving at the same speed as the ship. It was precisely because of the ship’s cover on the sea surface that the Quantum Radar had not detected the submarine’s existence while in the air.
The Drone quickly approached the cargo ship and the submarine underneath. The noise from the Drone’s underwater travel had been greatly reduced after the upgrade, and it was now almost indistinguishable from the ambient sea noise, so Yan Fei was very confident that the Drone would not be detected by the submarine. As the submarine was very small, appearing to be just about 1000 tons, and looked rather outdated, Yan Fei concluded that the submarine must be a second-hand model retired from service by some country or organization. Without high-tech equipment on board, Yan Fei trusted that the Drone’s movements would go unnoticed by the opposition.
The Drone carefully maneuvered beneath the large cargo ship and the small submarine, observing the situation above. At this point, the location coordinates displayed in the Auxiliary Brain matched exactly with the coordinates provided by Old Man Gu. Yan Fei was shocked; his pursuit of the submarine and cargo ship had been filled with on-the-spot decisions, laden with uncertainty, yet when he actually caught up to the cargo ship, he realized he was right at the location Old Man Gu had given. After this actual field operation, Yan Fei realized Old Man Gu was genuinely gifted, his predictive ability undoubtedly real, and no one could question it any longer.

Meanwhile, the Drone Avatar submerged again to keep an eye on the submarine below.
