After the meal, neither of the woman bothered Peter Brown for company. He made an excuse about having something to attend to and left the hotel.
He pulled an SUV from his ring and drove to a secluded part of the city. Removing the rear seats of the vehicle, he brought out a jade cutting equipment from his ring and began to cut after connecting it to a generator.
Although he spent more than 200,000, Peter felt it was worth it. The jade carving wasn’t particularly good, having been carved only on the surface, but a large portion of the heart of it remained intact.
While it was large, the jade was average at best which explained the low price. However, it was enough for making jade talismans.
Peter was adept at cutting jade, and he quickly sliced the jade carving into hundreds of Jade Tablets.
When he returned to the hotel, the two women hadn’t appeared, and Peter didn’t bother to look for them, guessing they were probably tired.
After taking a shower, Peter started making talismans in his room.

"Peter, where did you go last night?" Ella Johnson asked as soon as she saw him.
"Nowhere. I went to bed as soon as I got back."
Ella Johnson glanced at Peter and said, "That’s good, you look well-rested."
Maisy Spencer said, "Enough. The other two arrived last night. Today, we’re driving towards our destination."
Peter Brown had no objections. He nodded and replied, "I’ll just follow you."
At this moment, Ella Johnson looked at Peter and asked, "Where’s the jade carving you bought?"
"I shipped it back. It was inconvenient to carry."
"You shipped something so valuable?"
"It’s fine." Peter said nonchalantly.
Just then, Maisy Spencer’s phone rang. After a brief exchange, she turned to Peter with a smile, "Emery just called. They’re driving to Rui City and asked if we’re taking a plane to Mang City and then changing cars. I told them we’re driving as well, and they seemed delighted, saying they would like to join us on our journey."
Hearing this, a spark flashed in Peter’s eyes, and his heart stirred.
Ella Johnson glanced at Peter, "A foreign beauty is traveling with you, excited, aren’t you?"
Peter simply smiled and said nothing.
At this moment, the two bosses also emerged and seeing Peter and the others, Boss Zou joked, "Where did you guys go to have fun yesterday while Boss He and I were out meeting friends?"
Maisy Spencer said, "We’re unfamiliar with the place and stayed in our rooms."
Callum Thompson grinned, "The business car we rented should have arrived. Let’s go check."
As everyone stepped outside, they saw a seven-seater business car from a travel agency parked in the parking area.

"Boss Stephen, where are you headed?"
"I’m going to Rui City for gemstone gambling. And you?"
As Stephen spoke, he stepped out of the car.
Looking at his car, Peter could see that it was an eleven-seater business car with several subordinates inside.
"Am I late?" Another SUV drove up, and Emery Robertson alighted from it.
Seeing this, a smirk appeared on Peter’s face. It seemed like his guess was correct. These two must be working together.
Now, he just didn’t know what they were planning.
Watching Maisy engage in cheerful conversation with Emery, Peter frowned slightly, starting to worry for both Maisy and Ella. He didn’t know how many people were setting traps and they were going to fall into one because of him.
