After sending off their friends, Peter Brown stayed at the restaurant after seeking leave from Ella Johnson, as Heidi Jones had something to discuss with him.
Ella Johnson, after knowing Peter’s situation, waved her hand and said, "Remember to return to school tomorrow morning and leave with someone."
Sitting in a room, Heidi and her brother Caden sat across from Peter. Caden had behaved well today, sitting there with great respect.
"Peter, today I took David to see a land not far from the city. It’s a nice piece of real estate but a bit more expensive than most. It’s a suitable place for farming and breeding," Heidi said.
Peter didn’t care about the location. For him, as long as he set up a Spiritual Gathering Array, any place could become a good one.
"Alright, you can lease it and we’ll expand there."
Looking at Caden, he said, "How about you take charge of that place?"
Today, Peter noticed that Caden’s blonde hair had been dyed black, his haircut now a buzzcut, and his overall appearance more steady.
"Peter, from now on, I will follow you and work for you," Caden said.
After realizing that he was inferior to Peter in every aspect, Caden began to admire him.
"Alright, lease the land, then fence it off and divide it as needed. Planting and breeding must be separate. One of our goals for this land is to supply this restaurant. It’s enough to only expand a little bit, there’s no need to make it too big."
Heidi nodded, "I can handle it. There’s still money left for the restaurant, more than enough."
After discussing this matter, Caden, an interesting person, quickly said, "Sister, brother-in-law, you guys chat. I’ll leave first."

Watching Caden leave, Heidi’s face suddenly turned red and she whispered, "That’s just how my brother is, don’t be bothered by it."
Peter smiled and said, "Caden is straightforward. As long as he’s properly guided, he does have development potential."
"He’s listening to you now, so help him out."
As they spoke, Heidi poured some hot water for Peter. After doing so, she looked at him and said, "Peter, there’s something I need to tell you."
Seeing Heidi’s serious expression, Peter also adjusted his demeanor and asked, "You wanted me to stay back to talk about this matter?"
"Yes, if this issue isn’t handled well, I feel the restaurant won’t be able to continue operating."
What kind of situation is this?
Peter couldn’t help but take it seriously.
"You see, there was a recent adjustment in our province, weren’t they? The second-in-command was transferred from Kingston."
Peter was aware of this. This number two person, named Jalen Smith, apparently had some connections.
"Does he have anything to do with our restaurant?"
"Not his business, but his son’s. Jalen has a son named Joseph Smith, and he’s been very active recently."

It seems like they need to find someone else who can cover for them.
Thinking about it, Peter considered Jalen Smith’s background and picked up his cellphone to call Adonis Harrison.
Adonis Harrison was happy when he received Peter’s call, "Peter, what’s up? What made you call me?"
"Adonis, I have a question. After the adjustment of the leaders in our province, didn’t a new number two arrive? I want to know about his background?"
"What happened?" Adonis knew that Peter wouldn’t call for nothing, so he asked eagerly.
"It’s nothing too serious. It’s just his son is targeting one of my restaurants. I want to know his background to be prepared."

Peter didn’t expect that.

Peter smiled and said, "I’m still the same old me."
"My brother calls you brother-in-law now. What should we do about this?" Suddenly, Heidi changed the subject and looked at Peter with a teasing smile.
Peter originally wanted to say something, but seeing Heidi’s expression, he sighed internally, realizing that she intended to bring up the matter openly.
Peter knew Heidi’s intentions, and if this matter wasn’t handled properly, more problems could arise.
