Stormwind Wizard God Chapter 288

It was a feeling of despair as if the sky was falling. At this moment, every minute and every second is crucial to saving lives. Who would have thought that Duke, who is the key, would be drunk to death at this moment! ? All the alliance generals, including General Seamus who rushed over, were a little confused. We just drove the Horde out of the Hinterlands, making the Wildhammer dwarves' homeland safe. And now they're saying something's happened in Quel'Thalas? Duke didn't tell too many people about his "divine prediction". In the imaginations of generals like Windsor and Seamus, the Horde might turn back to Hillsbrad? Or go directly to the capital of Lordaeron? Or go north to recruit those dirty trolls into the Horde first, and then look for opportunities. No one expected that this "detachment" of the Horde would ignore the holy city of Stratholme not far to the northwest and instead head straight north to attack Quel'Thalas. General Seamus shook his head vigorously, trying to drive away the drunkenness in his brain: "Lady Alleria, are you sure that the main force of this tribe is heading to Quel'Thalas?" "My God, I have confirmed it with my own eyes. Only a small number of orcs and trolls remain here. The rest have turned north. At least 50,000 orcs and trolls have passed through the forest of Hinterland. They are crossing the mountains and continuing to head towards the northern plains." Alleria looked at the faces of the Alliance generals with nervous and painful eyes: "You don't know this yet? Didn't Duke tell you his prediction?" For a moment, the Alliance, no, to be more precise, the generals from the Stormwind all had strange expressions on their faces. General Seamus, the head of the Griffin Legion and the deputy commander of the Alliance army heading to Eagle's Nest Mountain, stroked his beard and said, "First of all, since Lord Edmund told you about his prediction, and you left the Alliance in advance and returned to Quel'Thalas to warn people, why didn't Quel'Thalas fight? As far as I know, Quel'Thalas has been fighting the trolls for thousands of years. Its fighting power shouldn't be so strong that it can't even stop 50,000 orcs, right?" Alleria's face turned pale in an instant. She simply didn't want to think about what she had encountered in Silvermoon City. That day happened to be the day when the king was meeting with the Silver Moon Council. Logically, she was just a ranger general and was not allowed to enter without being summoned. But her roar intimidated the gatekeeper. "Nearly a hundred thousand orcs and trolls are on their way to Quel'Thalas, and you want me to wait outside the gate?" She overwhelmed the gatekeeper with her fame and aura. Under the 'escort' of four royal guards, Alleria broke into the parliament. The decorations in the Silver Moon Council Hall were beautiful, with gorgeous gold and warm flame red, alternating between tall white jade pillars and walls. Every decoration and curtain here was a priceless and exquisite work of art. If any of them were to leak out to the human world, all the nobles would scramble for them and auction them off at unimaginable high prices. Alleria had no intention of appreciating it. She completely ignored the huge red kite-shaped shields of the four guards around her, ignored the slender double-headed curved blades in their hands, and had no intention of watching the reaction of the members of the Silver Moon Council, one of the rulers of the high elves. Many high elf rulers stood up from their chairs, surprised by her intrusion. Alleria's focus from beginning to end was on only one person: Anasterian Sunstrider, King of the High Elves. "What is going on?" Anasterian asked his chief guard. The chief guard had an embarrassed look on his face and could only grit his teeth and shake his head. The High Elf King was old, very old even for an Elf, his hair turning white and his skin as white as parchment and as dry as a log. He looked frail, but his blue eyes still held authority, and so did his voice. Alleria instinctively wanted to flinch at his wrath, then she remembered why she was there. She straightened her back. "I am Alleria Windrunner," she announced loudly, though she knew most of the council recognized her. "I have served as a vassal to the children of Emperor Thoradin, at the behest of our Lord Sunstrider. I have fought alongside the humans in many battles in the Hillsbrad Foothills and in the Arathi Highlands. I have returned with news of the most solemn kind." Alleria tried to use the most serious tone to attract the attention of the councilors. Unfortunately, she still frowned, because she felt the councillor's nonchalant attitude. She could only bite the bullet and continue: "The Horde that humans warned us about is real and extremely powerful. Most of them are strong orcs who are eight feet tall and weigh more than four hundred pounds, but there are still some other creatures, such as forest trolls." Alleria's words finally caused some reaction, a mixture of gasps and whispered curses. Perhaps few of the arrogant high elves knew what orcs were. In fact, even Alleria herself didn't know before the Battle of Southshore. This is not important. What is important is that every member of the parliament knows what a troll is. Many of them, including His Majesty Anasterian, have participated in the troll war that lasted for hundreds of years four thousand years ago. But the Troll card seems to be a bit counterproductive. "You said the trolls have joined that Horde?" A great lord laughed loudly. "That's great. Let the trolls follow the Horde you mentioned to fight against humans. I hope they stay away. Maybe humans will help us kill them all." "Hahahaha!" The wanton laughter echoed throughout the entire parliament hall. Many elf councillors laughed and clapped their hands to show their agreement. "You don't understand what kind of disaster is happening on the continent right now!" Alleria yelled angrily. She recalled Duke's inference and said directly: "The Horde is not a distant problem that we can ignore and laugh at! Their chieftain has personally led at least 50,000 elite orcs to the north of the Hinterlands, 500 kilometers away. They are planning to completely conquer the entire world of Azeroth! This also includes us in Quel'Thalas! What's more, the orcs have an agreement with Zul'jin. They will come! Within a week!" Alleria slammed the round table of the parliament, and the loud "bang bang" sounds finally made the parliamentarians hide the mocking looks on their faces. "Then let them come!" another elven wizard lord of Dar'khan sneered, "No one can survive after passing through the rune stones of the forest." "But the warlocks of the Horde..." "Enough! Alleria Windrunner!" Anasterian slammed the table. "The rune stone is still there! If the enemy you mentioned really exists, they are still hundreds of kilometers away. We can't let the people panic because of your speculation. I promise to pay attention to this matter, but you - get out now!"
