It wasn't that he couldn't do without him, but simply because his core essence had already fused with that guy for the most part.

Kushustan roared with laughter using Lynn's body.
"And how much better can you be?" the Creation Demon spoke coldly, "Let me guess, how much longer until your descent here ends?"
"And how long will it take for those despicable gods to notice the anomaly here?"
Hearing this, a gloomy look flashed in Kushustan's eyes.
Even He had not anticipated that this audacious youth would manage to lead the situation to such a state.
