Adam was about to respond when Spector suddenly spoke up.
However before Spector could continue she suddenly jolted causing Stacey who was already leaning over Adam to fall on top of him.

"What happened?" Adam asked as Stacey pushed herself away from him with slightly flushed cheeks.
"I have been knocked out of FTL by a Thunderstorm EMP bomb and a large class ship is quickly approaching on an intercept course." Spector answered before adding.
"Time to intercept, one minute ten seconds."
"Shit, wait here." Adam said as he shot up from the couch and dashed for the door before heading for the cockpit.
"Haha fuck yeah it worked." The man said as he saw Spector suddenly appeared on the viewscreen as it was forced out of FTL.
"Perhaps but sensors show that they still have power." The woman replied.
"How the fuck is that possible? A Thunderstorm is powerful enough to knock out all power on a cruiser class ship."
"I don't know, our scanners can't seem to penetrate their hull. The only reason I know they still have power is because their shields are still up and they're turning in our direction."
"Well then hit them with the distortion cannons."
"Do you really think the distortion cannons will be able to do what a Thunderstorm couldn't?"
"Then what do you suggest?"
"I have an idea but I need to go to engineering, you take over for a while and keep them busy." The woman said before she quickly left the bridge.
"Status report." Adam said as he entered the cockpit and took his seat.
"Star Drive is temporarily offline, however other than that all systems are normal." Spector responded.

As the chat talked about the bomb Adam controlled Spector to turn and head towards the enemy ship before opening fire with the 3 laser repeaters.
The laser energy struck the enemy ship's shields but failed to penetrate it before the two ships got close enough that the enemy ship started returning fire.
"The enemy appears to be using distortion cannons against us, that combined with the Thunderstorm EMP bomb suggest they wish to disable rather than destroy me." Spector informed as the enemy weapon fire hit her shields.
"I guess our cargo is more valuable than I anticipated." Adam replied as he continued to return fire.

[Tessisdabest (Imperial Down): True, the only reason the FTL drive is offline is because they are delicate pieces of equipment and are especially weak to EMP blasts.]
Spector and the large class vessel continued to fire upon one another until Spector suddenly said, "I'm detecting a small class ship launching from the large class ship's hanger."
The viewscreen and stream switched to show the small ship fly out of the hangar before heading in Spector's direction.

"Oh now what?" Adam asked in concern since Spector only seemed to say that when there was a possibility of it being damaged.
"Massive build up of energy in the enemy ships reactor, probably of self destruct… one hundred percent. Advise immediately moving away from the enemy ship."
"What!" Adam replied in shock before he had Spector veer away at high speeds.

"Few I was worried you would ignore my communication request and fire upon me." A beautiful woman With short black hair and blue brown eyes said with a nervous smile as the call connected.
"And why shouldn't I still attack you? You did after all knock my ship out of FTL for a reason." Adam asked in return.
"Hehe, yeah but there was a good reason for that." The woman replied after a nervous giggle.
"Then I suggest you explain quickly."
"Ok ok just hear me out. You have a woman called Stacey Sinclair on board right and you're transporting both her and her cargo to Trillion."
"You're giving me more and more reasons to open fire here, I suggest you get to the point." Adam threatened.
