“What about your luggage? Are you not bringing anything with you?” Adam asked as they walked through Spector’s corridors.
“It’s not like you gave me any time to pack; I rushed over here as soon as you said you would be leaving.”

“Well, you are a crew member now.” Adam replied as a door slid open and he led them both into the cockpit before taking his station and saying, “Pick any station.”
Stacey nodded before choosing one of the empty stations and sitting down.
“Registration of a new crew member required. Please place your hand on the console.”
Stacey was surprised when Spector spoke through the intercom, but did as she was told.
“Captain, please designate crew member Stacey Sinclair’s access level.”
“Let’s start off with level five,” Adam replied before explaining. “This will give you free access to Spector’s systems with a few exceptions.”
“Level five access granted, registration complete.”
As Spector finished speaking, the console before Stacey came alive, allowing her to use it.

“Let’s go,” Adam said before he engaged Spector’s engines, and she began to lift off.
“Plot the fastest route to the tower Max Parks and his family have residency at.”
“Their extended family have residency in three different sky towers,” Spector replied as the location of the Parks' residences appeared on the navigation console.
“Are they all involved in selling drugs?”
“Negative, data shows an estranged cousin of Max Parks split ties with the family four years ago. The reason given was that his family disapproved of his choice in a partner; however, data shows he had been losing favour with them for about two years before that.”
“Six years ago, exactly when they started dealing in drugs, remove him from the target list.”
“Affirmative,” Spector replied as one of the locations disappeared.
Adam piloted Spector to head towards the tower that Max Parks and his parents resided in.
“Makes sense that it’s the closest,” Stacey commented. “He wouldn’t want to travel halfway around the world each time he wanted to get his dick wet and pick up drugs.”

Max Parks sat opposite his father in their opulent living room as the bag containing the drugs he had collected from the Skull Rose gang sat atop the table between them.
“Any problems?” His father asked.
“None,” Max replied calmly.
“Good, we’re attending the gathering at the planet leaders' residence tonight to celebrate the twenty-five years the emperor has been on the throne.”
“Why do we even bother attending something celebrating that man?”
“We must keep up appearances for the time being, son. Your role will be to distribute the drugs QUIETLY to our regulars.”
“Yes, yes, this isn't my first time, father.”
As Max’s father was about to respond, something outside the large windows that looked over Trillion caught his attention.
What he saw was a starship that had just flown beside their residence and was now hovering level with it.
“What the?” Max’s father said in surprise, causing Max to turn and stare in shock at the ship.
Before either of them could say anything, the large holographic screen along one wall changed from the newscast it was broadcasting to show a face that Max recognised.
“Hell,o Max,” Stacey said with a smirk.
“Stacey,” Max replied in shock
“You know this woman, Max? Who is she?”
“Aww, it seems you didn’t tell daddy about me. I’m so hurt. And after you went to all the trouble to try and have me kidnapped.”
“Kidnapped? What is she talking about, Max?”
“You see, Mr Parks, when Max went to collect the shipment of drugs from the Skull Rose’s, he also hired them to kidnap me.”
