"You're too reckless!!!" Hayato said while looking at Haru.
"Hayato, you don't need to worry. Haru will win the duel," Emile said confidently.
"Did you know that Haru's opponent is the Queen of the Little Garden and the strongest person in this place?" Hayato said.
"It's alright, it's alright, he is going to win," Emile said.

Hayato and Haru were speechless at where Emile's confidence was coming from.

After the entrance ceremony was over, Emile decided to bring Haru and Hayato to meet his friend who was the main technologist in the Little Garden.
They were walking in the high-tech hall and used the lift to move to the underground area.
Inside this underground area, there was a secret laboratory that was used as the private room of the main technologies of this Little Garden.
Haru, Hayato, and Emile who had arrived saw two girls who were inside this place.
The girl with lab coat looked at Emile and greeted, "Oh, Emili---"
"AAAHHH!!!!"
Emile hurriedly closed one of the girl's mouth and whispered something to her.
The girl in a lab coat nodded helplessly at Emile.
"Let me introduce you, my good friend, her name is Charlotte Dimandias," Emile said and walked toward Hayato then hugged his arm. "Now, this is Katsuragi Hayato and also Kasugano Haruka." He hugged Hayato to show Charlotte that Hayato was his. He also pointed his finger at Haru to show that Haru was free.
"Yes, my name is Charlotte Dimandias, you can call me Char," Charlotte said while giving her hand to Haru. She ignored Emile's sign and introduced herself.
"Kasugano Haruka, nice to meet you, Char." Haru reached for her hand and said, "You can also call me Haru."
"My name is Katsuragi Hayato," Hayato said while also speechless at Emile who was very close to him.
Charlotte has a child-like build with long purple hair.
Then suddenly a cute girl who was wearing a maid uniform sniffed the bodies of both Hayato and Haru.
"...."
*Sniff!* *Sniff!* *Sniff!*
"W - What are you doing?" Hayato questioned with quite a nervous expression since the distance between him and the girl was very close.
After sniffing, Hayato's body started to sniff Haru's body.
"How is my smell?" Haru asked.
"It was very good. I don't know how to describe it, but it is giving me a sense of security, and comfort." The girl nodded with a smile then looked at Hayato. "You're from the Yamato Empire, but you don't smell like soy sauce."
"Normally people don't smell like soy sauce," Haru said.
"Oh!!!" The girl in a maid uniform seemed surprised by Haru's information.
Charlotte laughed and said, "You might think that she is pretty weird, but she is a very talented assistant."
"Nice to meet you. I'm Meimei," the girl in the maid uniform said.
"And Char over here is smart enough to be called a child prodigy," Emile said.

Suddenly the screen around the lab showed the word "exactly" at the same time answering Haru's words.
"This is the Hundreds for both of you," Charlotte said while showing two diamond-shaped devices with red colors on both of her hands, but she didn't give those two devices to them. She only showed them up before she turned to do something on her computer.
"Before giving it to you, I should explain something."
Then the screen showed a video of a black colored monster with a shape similar to an insect and there were people who were wearing futuristic metal armor with various weapons on their hands.
Each of them had different weapons and different effects.
"Hundreds are the only effective weapons against Savage's lifeform. However, only humans who respond to variable stones can use them," Charlotte said.
'So that thing is a variable of stones...'
Haru remembered the thing that he touched during his test on the Yamato Empire.
"We call them Slayers. Hundreds change into a ton of forms based on who uses them. This is where the Century Armaments, or Hundreds, get their names from. Claire Harvey uses this," Charlotte said.
The screen showed Claire Harvey wearing a skintight red suit with six red gun pods hovering around her, which were able to fire off powerful beams at her opponent.
"Floating gun pods that she can control at will," Charlotte said.
The beams which were shot from the gun pots were so powerful that it was enough to end the Savages easily creating a lot of holes in its body.
"A dragoon type."
"She's strong, unsurprisingly," Emile said.
"Hundreds take different forms and vary in their ways of fighting." Charlotte turned and looked at Haru. "But there is only one ultimate goal: to protect humanity."
"Haru-kun, when you take your Hundred, you will be entrusted with that responsibility."
Charlotte raised the Hundred in her hand and asked, "Are you ready?"
"The moment I decided to join Little Garden....." Haru took Charlotte's hand caressing it slowly while taking the Hundred in her hand and said, "I am ready."
