I felt my heart holding back some beats as I stared at our undies. My legs went limp, and drops of sweat started trickling from my temples. I then understood why Zed reacted that way. I took a long time in the bathroom, thinking of a way out. It wasn't the right time yet to tell him the truth. And as of the moment, I never planned on leaving Zed. Zed remained lying in bed with his arms clasped behind his head. I knew he was still awake, but he didn’t open his eyes.
“Zed, you didn’t wash your undies. Do you have something to wear tomorrow?” I asked with a poker face. And I couldn’t define the sense of awkwardness and agitation I felt inside.
“That blue underwear?” he replied, still with closed eyes.
“Yes.”
“Have you forgotten that I never wear any color aside from white?”
I felt slapped. And the more I got awkward. “Ah, yes, so, it's not yours? What kind of cleaners does this hotel have? Why don’t they clean the room thoroughly for the next users?"
“It’s not the cleaners’ fault but the carelessness of the person who left that. He also apparently left his ballpen,” he said, glancing at the bedside table. On top of it, lay an expensive-looking Parker pen that most of those wealthy businessmen were using.
I picked it up and looked at the engraved name. To my horror, it was Kim’s name.
“This is Kim’s. I borrowed it from him during the meeting, but I forgot to return it.” I sighed inwardly, hoping my actions didn't betray me.
Zed no longer replied, but he turned to his side, pulling the cover over his head. Since he ignored me, I also slept on my other side with my back facing him.
I woke up in the morning and saw him working on his laptop. He glanced at me, revealing his tired eyes. I guessed he hadn't slept all through the night.
To test him further, I stood up and removed my nighties, exposing to him my full nudity. I am gifted with a full, taut breast, perfectly-shaped hips, flat abdomen, and rounded butts that could turn any man's head. But he only threw me a quick stare and resumed his work.

"Be careful. You might get sick. I'll get your clothes at home."
"No. I have ordered a set of dresses from a client I met in Japan. And I learned recently that she has a boutique here in the city."
"I see. I'll get it for you."
He walked to the locker and saw him picking up a dress from a hanger. But then he paused for about two minutes before he returned to me. I wondered what he saw there, but if I stood up and followed him, I would already be obvious.
"Here," he said, avoiding my eyes.
*Zed, are you sick?" I couldn't hold myself anymore. No one could tell how much I wanted to ask him about those thoughts running through his head.
"No! Why?"
"You looked like one," I replied, grabbing my bra and put it on. "Can you please help me?
I turned to my back, holding the edge of my bra that has the hook.
"You're so beautiful. I won't be surprised if someone would get attracted to you."
"If I am what you said, you should haven't ignored me."
Glints of guilt flickered in his eyes. Then he lifted my chin and began kissing me. And at that moment, Zed took his time leisurely in kissing me.
I ran my fingers on his chest, moving it down to his waistband. And when I was about to slip my hand inside, he caught it with his right hand--stopping me. I was about to protest, but he laid me down on the bed.
