Second Chance: A Dark Tale of Urban India Chapter 9

As Ragini left, Rohit looked down at the bulge in his pants. He needed to calm it down, and the best way, at least for now, was to pee. Conveniently, he felt the urge too. He stood up as he adjusted himself within the hospital pants, and stepped out the door. Just outside, he noticed the nurse assigned to him. She was on the verge of breaking down, almost in tears while speaking on the phone."I understand... I promise I won’t do it again," she pleaded softly. Rohit smirked. Typical. In a hospital like this, some kind of corruption or drama was always expected. Maybe she’d been caught in something shady, or perhaps it was just another messy lover’s quarrel. Either way, he didn’t care. He approached her casually. "Listen, miss—" Startled, the nurse quickly said into the phone, "Please wait," and turned toward him with a more composed tone. Rohit appreciated her professionalism but got straight to the point."I need to go to the washroom. My mom stepped out, but she might return soon. Just let her know to wait here for a bit." The nurse nodded quickly before turning back to her call, continuing her hushed pleading. Rohit didn’t pay it much attention. He wasn’t interested in other people’s drama. He walked down the corridor and entered the men’s washroom. Inside, he paused at the mirror. The reflection staring back at him felt unfamiliar. He looked weak compared to his past life. Except for the face, nothing stood out. His skin had a wheatish tone which was much different from his former, fairer complexion, but still acceptable. Nor like he had any choice on this matter. His current body was of average build, neither muscular nor fat. His height was modest, around 5 feet 7 inches. But the best part? There was room to grow. He turned toward a vacant stall, stepped inside, and locked the door. As he pulled down his pants to relieve himself, a smug smile crossed his lips. Reason? Even in this body, it was the same as eight inches. In his past life, he had been the same, but with youth on his side again, he saw potential to break records. Maybe nine. He tried to pee... but nothing came out. He sighed. "Of course it wouldn’t be easy. Now I have to focus. Damn it." After about twenty minutes, Rohit stepped out of the washroom. He had taken his time to gather himself and calm his thoughts. Just as he turned the corner, he noticed his doctor briskly walking down the hallway, with the same nurse trailing closely behind him. Something about the urgency in their steps, and the tense expression on the nurse’s face, immediately caught his attention. His instincts kicked in. Quietly, he moved back and concealed himself behind the walls and allowed them to pass. Curious, he followed them from a safe distance. They descended a few steps and entered a secluded room marked ’Logistics – Staff Only’. To his surprise, the door hadn’t been locked. Cautiously, Rohit crept closer and slipped in silently, staying hidden behind a rack of boxes under the dull flicker of a tubelight. Voices echoed inside. "How can you be so careless, Namrata?" the doctor snapped. "You gave an expired anesthesia dose to a patient? Do you even realize the gravity of this?" Rohit raised his eyebrows. His heart began to race. He quickly pulled out his phone and began recording. "This isn’t a one-time thing," the doctor continued. "There’s a pattern. Multiple surgeries in the past month have reported abnormal recovery symptoms. Do you understand this could spiral into a full-blown investigation? I have no choice. I’ll have to report this." The nurse’s voice trembled as she tried to respond. "Sir... I’m so sorry. I didn’t mean to. I—I must have overlooked the label. Please don’t report me. I swear, it won’t happen again. Just give me one chance. I really need this job..." The doctor didn’t soften. "This isn’t just about your job. We’re talking about potential legal charges. If this gets out, you could lose your license permanently... maybe even face jail time." The nurse sobbed uncontrollably. She clasped her hands together and hugged his legs in desperation. "Please, sir... I’ll do anything. Just don’t report me." There was a long silence. The doctor sighed, as if pitying her. But then he reached out and touched her face in a lewd, inappropriate way. "I think there is something you can do to help," he said, beginning to unzip his pants. The nurse’s eyes widened in shock. "Sir, no... please don’t. I-I can’t do this. Not this..." The doctor’s face twisted in anger. He had assumed her plea meant submission. Now, with her pulling back, his mood turned violent. He slapped her across the face. "You stupid bitch. Don’t you dare resist. Either serve me now, or I’ll ruin you. No one’s going to save you." He grabbed her collar, dragging her closer. She struggled, trying to push him away. That was the final straw. Rohit had initially followed them hoping to gather leverage—something to hold against both. But now, seeing the doctor forcing himself on the woman, something inside him snapped. For all his flaws, Rohit couldn’t stand watching someone abuse their power like this—especially not in front of him. He stepped into the light and said loudly, "Ding dong! Caught on iPhone." His voice was mocking and playful but it cut through the tension like a blade. Both the doctor and nurse froze. The nurse shrank back, shielding herself, still sobbing in fear. The doctor fumbled to zip up his pants, red-faced and panicked. "What the hell are you doing here, you little mutt?!" the doctor barked. But before he could finish, Rohit’s foot connected with his nose. The doctor crashed into a shelf, boxes tumbling around him. He touched his face and stared at the blood on his hands—his zipper still undone. Rohit knelt beside the sobbing nurse, his tone soft but firm. "You made a mistake, yes. But what he was doing is worse—and it could’ve happened again. You need to leave this hospital for better and fix your life ahead." The girl nodded through her tears and ran out. The doctor groaned. "Why the hell are you meddling? This is none of your business." Rohit smirked. "I’m meddling because it’s my business now. And you’re going to do something for me." He waved the phone in front of the doctor. The man slowly stood up, clutching his bloodied nose. "You think you can blackmail me with just one video?" Rohit’s smile grew colder. "My name is Rohit Singhania, doctor. I’m not here to ruin you. In fact, I’m offering you a way out. You’ve got a good career—lots of potential. But I can’t stand people being forced." He leaned in, holding up the phone again. "So, either you do what I need... or we can go the messy way. Your call." The doctor groaned, rubbing his temples in frustration. "Fine. What do you want?" Rohit replied calmly, "My mother." The doctor looked up, startled. But before he could respond, Rohit continued. "She has a suffocating, nagging personality. My life’s been under lockdown. I’m eighteen and still a virgin. She treats me like a kid. That’s why I faked this whole amnesia story—to gain some space. But that alone wasn’t enough." The doctor raised an eyebrow, beginning to understand. "So what more do you want from me? Another medical report, I suppose?" Rohit smiled slyly. "Exactly. You’ll tell her that I’m facing certain... nervous or stimulation issues. That over time, it’s begun to affect my genitals. Let’s say, medically, my penis needs daily release to avoid functional problems. You can add that some external stimulation is recommended—something gentle, maybe through a private attendant." He made a jerking motion with his hand, grinning. The doctor grunted, "Motherfu—" but before he could finish, Rohit punched him again, square on the nose. "Obviously, she won’t have a choice," Rohit added coldly. "She’ll allow me the freedom to find someone privately. Then, I’ll tell her about the girlfriend I already have." The doctor clutched his bleeding nose with a handkerchief and muttered, "You could’ve just said that earlier. Why turn violent over a misunderstanding?" Rohit crossed his arms and replied matter-of-factly, "You’re lucky it’s me. If it had been someone else from my family and they heard you curse a family member like that, you and your entire household would’ve disappeared—and the news would call it a gas leak." The doctor swallowed hard, knowing how absurdly dangerous the wealthy could be. Still, he asked cautiously, "But you said you came here to help me. What exactly am I getting out of this?" Rohit scratched his chin, speaking casually. "First, your consultation fee—paid weekly, since we’ll keep visiting you. Second, understand this—if I wasn’t on your side and had sided with the nurse instead, you’d have been the talk of the city by now, with a... very different future than the one I’m offering." The message was clear. The doctor nodded silently, the threat sinking in deeper than any punch. Rohit turned and walked out without sparing another glance."I’m going first," he called back. "You better follow soon—and get your act together." He grinned as he walked back to his corridor. The idea of using stimulation had actually been taken from Akhil’s story, and now he eagerly anticipated how things would unfold to bring him closer to his goals.
