Author's POV
Rosetta saw her grandfather, Alexander standing in the living room with his men. They all were armed like they are ready to attack.
"Grandpa?"
She called him.
His face visibly relaxed when his eyes landed on Rosetta.
"Princess"
He streched his arms smiling at her.
Rosetta quickly hugged him. Her both grandfathers loves her so much that they are ridiculously overprotective.
"How are you?..."
He asked inspecting her body.
"I am fine but you___"
Before she completes he stopped her.
"I am very disappointed... I have lot to say but first we need to leave this fucking house.. I hate this place..."
He said with disgusted face and Rosetta couldn't understand his hate.
"But why?... Skyler is not here and I can't leave___"
She started but he again stopped her.
"Don't take his name in front of me... Let's go"
He grabbed her arm. She didn't protest as her father has already warned her.
"Excuse me Mr. Alexander"
They halted in their place when Roy said this from behind.
Rosetta looked at him with frown thinking what this little guy is upto. Roy is too naive for this matter, she doesn't want her grandpa to hurt him. Alexander won't think twice.
"You can't take my sister in law from our house in my brother's absence... It's my responsibility to take care of her when he is not here..."
He said bravely.
Alexander let out a evil chuckle.
"And who is going to stop me boy, you?... I can crush you under my little finger.."
"You are standing in my house Mr. Alexander, don't forget that"
Roy said angrily.
Alexander Smirked.
"It's your house but it's under my control... Take a look outside"
Roy looked outside through the window and saw all of their men was on gunpoint. Alexander's men has surrounded the mansion.
"First grow some beard and balls then stand in front of me..."
Alexander glared at him.
"Roy"
Rosetta stopped him from doing something stupid.
"I've got this... Don't worry... I'll be fine..."
Rosetta assured.
"Let's go grandpa... But you won't hurt anyone here... I don't want to see blood..."
She demanded.
"We'll see about that..."
Alexander gritted glaring at Roy and dragged Rosetta outside.
She saw uncountable cars were standing in a row waiting for Alexander. His men has taken the total control of the mansion.
Alexander opened the car door for her.
"Get inside my child..."
He said.
Rosetta looked at him suspiciously.
"Call them back..."
She said looking at his men.
"They will... They have something to take care of first..."
Alexander Smirked and Rosetta's stomach churned. She knows that he is intending to kill Roy and Bella who is inside the mansion.
"Grandpa call your men back... Otherwise I am not coming with you... You are not hurting anyone here... I know you... Don't do it... They are kids, they are innocent... Call everyone back..."
Rosetta requested.
"No one in this family is innocent... Let them die. This dirty blood deserve it..."
Alexander spat.
"If you love me then you will leave them alone..."
Rosetta said.
Alexander sighed. Rosetta is his only granddaughter. Only girl child of his family and he cherish her with all his heart.
"Fine"
He gave up in front of her. He called his men back.
Rosetta sat inside the car and they drove away from the mansion. She looked back towards the mansion.
'skyler please come back'
She sighed.
Alexander looked at her.
"Are you okay?... Did he hurt you?... Was he treating you good?... Why didn't you call me?..."
He kissed her forehead with fatherly love.
Alexander was furious when he learnt that Damian has married off Rosetta to Xavier's son. He was fuming in anger. What made him angry the most is agreement. He never expected This from Damian.
No doubt Alexander never respected women in his reign, they were just object for him but he realised his mistake when he saw Rosetta for the first time. His lovely little granddaughter.
He loves Rosetta more than anything and Damian dared to marry her off for fucking agreement. He was furious. Alexander had no idea about this marriage until yesterday, He was in another country and Damian successfully managed to keep him in the dark. Damian didn't let his father learn about the marriage.
"I was trying to call you but i couldn't reach you... Dad Said you are busy in something important... I tried to call Nana too but he wasn't receiving my calls."
Rosetta said.
"Thanks to your father... Bastard successfully managed to deceive us. He knew we will never agree for this marriage..."
Alexander gritted. It was clear that Alexander is furious. Rosetta decided to keep quiet, not wanting to trigger him more and affect his health. He is too old for the stress.
"I am taking you with me Rosa... I can't leave you in wolves like your father. This whole family is disgusting..."
He said madly.
"I am proud of your father for handling everything well but not for this. He disappointed me when he made pact with Xavier, there was no need. Just kill their breed and get rid off it but no, he decided not to kill each other... Xavier's wife was with him, he had very good Chance to kill her and Xavier's unborn child but what did he do.... He helped her... So disgraceful... And that wasn't enough for him that he decided to destroy your life..."
He said madly.
"I can tolerate everything but not this, I won't let anyone hurt you... You are my granddaughter, only daughter of knight family Not some random girl. they can't do this to you... "
Rosetta released a sigh. She has no idea how to deal with him. She doesn't want to be disrespectful towards him. So she decided to let her father deal with it.
"Why do you hate them so much?... I mean I understand that they were your rivals but that's not the thing anymore. They are now our alliance..."
"I don't trust this alliance"
Alexander countered.
"Only fool will believe In it... I have killed Xavier's stepmother and his father. His other family members... Xavier's father has killed my wives, Damian's mother. Not only my generation but even before that we had rivarly... And after all this you really think there will be peace between us... And even if it's not the case now, still I don't believe this king men. They have very bad reputation when it comes to their wives. Xavier's father used to abuse his wives, Xavier's mother died because of that, he used to abuse Xavier too. Xavier himself has abused his wife. She is mentally unstable because of him, he has destroyed her sanity. And I don't trust his son with you either. I don't want you to end up like those women..."
Rosetta got stressed by his words. Alexander's opinion about king family is not good and she has no idea what's going to happen next.
She doesn't want to leave skyler, may his father and grandfather didn't treat their wives good but that's not the case in their relationship. Skyler treats her good and she trusts him with her.
Why would their relationship suffer because of their family history.
Rosetta nervously rubbed her sweaty hands on her hoodie as their car stopped in front of Alexander's mansion which is on five minutes distance of Damian's mansion.
She has no idea how her mother and Nana is going to react about everything. She lied to her mother that she is marrying Skyler because she loves him.
Her mother doesn't like it, she hates lying.
Rosetta reluctantly walked inside just to see messed up living room. Everything was broken and scattered on the floor.
Vincent who is Rosetta's Nana and Rose's father was looking furious just now Alexander. Rose was leaning against the pillar with mad look and Damian was sitting on the chair while holding his head with his hands.
As Rosetta entered everyone's eyes snapped towards her.
