"Do you want to kill him!!" Flower yelled and moved towards Nilela but Daisy held her back.
"You should not interfere in their fight Flower, if truly Vala is your son's mate, Nilela wouldn't have succeeded in pushing him." Daisy told her twin, surprising Flower.
The guards around them quickly rushed to go and meet Daniel, helping him up, two guards closed their eyes and stretched out their hands, the broken wall began to repair itself, going back to the way it was.
Pushing the guards out of his way, he clutched his fingers into a tight fist as he glared at Nilela.
"What?" Nilela asked with a shrug. "I didn't do you anything."
Daniel wanted to reply back but he remembered his conversation with Zelik and instead, forced himself to smile and he went to meet him, stopping one feet away from him.
"I am sorry I behaved harshly to you brother, probably my nose deceived me." Daniel apologized to the surprise of his mother. "Vala is not my mate,"
"It's okay brother," Nilela said smiling. "Now that we are okay, I have forgiven you."
Daniel, still smiling, hugged Nilela who returned it. After a while, they release their hold on each other.
"I came here to give you this, brother," Nilela said and summoned Zelda who had grown in size of a normal wolf. "This will be your spirit beast. A gift from me to you."
"Wow, thank you Nilela," Daniel said in pretence of happiness.
"Zelda will obey every of your command," Nilela said and sliced into the skin of Daniel's upper arm with his index finger and with the blood, he placed it on the forehead of Zelda who absorbed the blood into her. "Zelda is now under control, brother."
"Can you do it for me?" Flower asked.
"Yeah, I am creating and giving every Nilela person a spirit beast." Nilela responded, facing her before returning his gaze back to Daniel.
"How do you see my gift to you brother?"
"Fabulous, thank you," Daniel said.
"You think of Zelda appearing to you, Zelda will appear physically, but if you want Zelda to go, just think that she is gone and imagine her in your mind and body."
"I get it Nilela, thank you."
"You are welcome, now if you excuse me, my mate and I have to do a little sightseeing." Nilela told them and went back to meet Vala, pulling her towards his tall body and at the same time his wings sprouted out from his back, he lifted himself and her and they were out of sight.
"I am going to practice with Zelda," Daniel said, his smile fading, his chin hurt for too many fake smiles. Even though his heart was hurt when he saw how Vala had looked at Nilela and has gladly jumped into his arms, he willed himself not to get angry. Everything will fall into place, it will only take time but he is going to make sure Vala hates Nilela. He imagined Zelda disappearing and it did, he didn't waste time, he turn and went to the backyard of the palace where he wants to practice with his new spirit beast.
Nilela telling him that others will soon have this magnificent spirit annoyed him the most. How can he and the common people of the Nilela Kingdom have spirit beasts, he ought to be the only one, no, only the Royal family ought to have the spirit beast, not an ordinary commoner.
"What is this I heard, that Nilela is planning a tournament soon."
"Yes, he told me. Every King who wants the throne will have to participate in the going tournament, and whoever wins becomes the Grand King of every supernatural King." Daisy told her.
"The. convince your son not to go ahead with this stupid tournament of his. Please my son wants the throne, Nilela gets to rule over the angel kingdom and my son gets to rule here. I know you can do it, please, do it for me."
"I wish I could sister, but I can't, my hands are tied here," Daisy said as she remembered her conversation with her son.
"Meaning?"
"I have tried to convince him to give you the throne but he has refused to yield to my plea. He wants Galore to rule." Daisy told her twin which prompted a loud gasp from her.
"Are you saying that Nilela wants Galore to rule?"
"Yes."
"Did he know that Galore is his father? Did you told him?"
"I haven't told him anything, but with the way he behaves it seems he knows Galore is his father."
"Talk to him, you are his mother, he will listen to you, only can change his mind."
"I have tried Flower, he won't budge, let me allow him to do his mind, after all the Creator chose him."
"Maybe your best wasn't enough."
"Flower, just give up on the throne, I know he won't chase you and your son out, but he is hell bent on making his father the King of all," Daisy said. "I have to go home now." she added.
"I saw Galore when I went to visit my friend, Elfey, he is now the King of the werewolves. He still looks handsome."
"What happened to his father?" Daisy finds herself asking.
"He's dead."
"What happened?" Daisy demanded, shock.
"He was sick, you know since his mate is dead, he has been trying to hold on for his son but he gave up the fight five years ago," Flower answered. "Sad thing, I heard he is searching for his mate, probably one day he is going to meet his second chance mate and if wins this tournament, every female will throw themselves at him, he is very catchy you know."
Daisy didn't say anything else again, her wings came out and she left.

Nilela flew upwards until he stopped at a large cloud, he gently dropped Vala in a sitting position and sat beside her, one of his wings curling around her, keeping her warm.
"Won't we fall?" she asked in wonder as they didn't fall as she'd expected.
"No, they are strong." Nilela told her. "Tell me more about yourself."
Vala quickly told him about herself and family and the village she came from, she didn't hide anything from him. She told him why she was with Daniel.
"I wish I had met you earlier," Vala said. "
"Vala, one thing you should know is that some roads lead into the fire, some roads lead into the sea, some roads lead into the light or darkness, some roads lead into war, some roads lead into your heart, some roads shake you, some roads take you to the start, probably it was meant to be so that we can meet this way." He told her.
Vala nodded her head and her gaze landed on the chain that curled itself like a circle handing on his waistline. "I love what the chain did back then, if I had such a chain with me, I wouldn't have been caught by Daniel."
Nilela laughed.
"If you know how many trips I took to dodge Micheal so that I can see and disturb the Creator before he gave me this chain, you will know that the chain won't allow you to steal." Nilela told her as the chain uncurled itself and went to meet her, wrapping itself on her wrist.
"Still yet I wish it was mine."
"You can have it if you want it, the chain likes you. I will teach you how to use it."
"Are you for real? You want me to have the chain?"
"I just said that."
"Why? I mean I am happy but...."
interrupting her. "That's because you are my mate, anything I have is yours."
"Coming from a poor background, I never thought my mate will be someone so important," Vala said and Nilela rested his head on her lap. "I didn't have that much hope and somehow the Creator gave me you, an ordinary commoner like me."
"You are beautiful Vala and even if you are not beautiful, or you are a commoner or not, I will always be proud to call you my mate," Nilela said and leaned forward to brush his lips against hers before he relaxed back into her lap, staring ahead. "If you believe and keep hope alive, the Creator will bring the one meant for you. Someday, when you look back you will realize, sometimes, the wrong thing happens at the right time."
