The old doctor immediately examined Simon's body. He guessed something was wrong with the cells in his shoulder, so the focus was there. With a sophisticated equipment, the inside of Simon's shoulder is displayed on the computer screen. All eyes immediately turned to it.
"This…" The old doctor was stunned.
Erick and the others who didn't understand anything couldn't help but ask, "what happened?"
"I think he should be taken to a big hospital immediately," he replied, then explained, "the cells and blood vessels in his shoulder are in a very chaotic position, this is difficult to explain but it should be impossible."
"How could it be?" Erick and the others couldn't believe it. They saw Arthur just grabbing Simon's shoulder, maybe gripping him too, but even if he had the strength of an elephant, at most he would be able to crush an ordinary human's shoulder instead of messing with his cells and blood vessels. That doesn't apply to Simon because he's not an ordinary human anymore.

"He's still here" Jade said as she saw Arthur chatting with Roy.
"I think there is something strange about him," Wade replied. "How about we investigate him? I'm sure some things will come to light if we do anything to him."
