"Heavenly order, I am tired of your rules. This time, I will break the order and ascend beyond godhood and immortality," said a man with striking beauty, holding a black sword in his hand as he bellowed with defiance.
The heavens responded to the challenge with a deafening roar. Clouds twisted violently, revealing the face of a three-headed lion, and in the center, the face of a ferocious dragon emerged.
The roar was powerful, sweeping through everything in its path, but he stood there unmoved, his hair and clothes fluttering wildly in the wind.

Then, a powerful golden-red lightning bolt struck down at him. Seeing the incoming attack, he closed his eyes without regret.

The sky returned to normal, as if no one had ever fought there. But the ruined land below told a different story.
Feeling something strange, he couldn't help but open his eyes. He found himself floating but sinking in a vast sea filled with nothing but darkness.
"Is this the afterlife? Hmph, as if it would give me a second chance," he scoffed.

Then, without warning, his body twitched. First a slight tremble, then a strange sensation like ants crawling all over him, until suddenly, he sat up with his eyes wide open.
He choked, as if trying to vomit something, but nothing came out. His breathing was heavy and strained.
"Damn, what happened?" he muttered, then paused as his eyes fell on his hand, covered in dirt.
"What the..." he whispered, turning it over and inspecting it closely.
"Didn't I die? How do I still have a physical body?" Damien said in confusion.
He glanced at his tattered clothes and slowly tried to stand, but his body felt incredibly weak. Even so, he forced himself up through sheer willpower.
He checked himself from head to toe, still in shock, "Don't tell me I... I..." he paused, narrowing down the conclusion.
"Transmigrated?" he whispered, staring at the trees with a dazed look.

Seeing that the beast was dead, he collapsed to the ground, drenched in sweat. His breathing was rapid, and he was completely exhausted.
