Chapter 4 The vampire castle
I have been walking for hours and my feet are killing me! It's dark and I can barely see anything. I would always be stubbing my foot on a stone or a tree root. I am so tired of this.
Wait! I'm a fricking werewolf, I got night vision. Wow. I am a fucking idiot.
It's almost midnight and I need to find somewhere to sleep. A few more minutes of walking I come across a cave. It's small but it can work for me for the night. I begin to get settled in, ready to get some sleep so I could make my way out of the forest and then do some apartment hunting tomorrow. Knowing that it's now midnight, I slowly drifted off into darkness only to be woken up by the most excruciating pain in my back. It then started to run through my entire body.
I scream out the most horrific scream I could muster attempting to stop the pain, but I was wrong it just got worse.
I crawl out of the cave breathing heavily while looking up at the moon. Shit! It's a full moon. I totally forgot tonight was a full moon. I was told that the first full moon that arrives after a woman meets their mate they are suppose to shift and their mates are to be by their sides to help with the pain. Clearly my asshole of a mate rejected me so now I have to go through this by myself.
"AAHHH!" Every bone in my body started to rearrange in ways that are not normal to humans. I started to grow claws and blueish white fur all over my body.
What the heck? I have never seen a white wolf before only heard of-
"AAAAHHH" son of a bitch that hurts. More bones broke, more fur grew and at this point my clothes have been torn off and I was in my full wolf form and Eva was now in full control.
She started running off into the distance for what felt like hours until I drifted off into the darkness once again.....

I wake up to a clanking sound which is giving me a headache. I groan when my head started pounding even more from hearing it. I then began to hear footsteps coming my way and that got me on high alert. I sit up looking around confused and in a panic state. It looked like I was in a cell. It's a small cell and darkly lit and it barely have anything in it. Only one thing in it, a small bed that I am on which is very uncomfortable.
I hear the footsteps stop right in front of the cell bars that looks like silver so I better not touch them. The figure is tall and has muscular figure with broad shoulders and he looks like he could knock me out with one punch, so that got me scared even more.
I can't see his face because it's too dark but to be honesty, I don't want to know what he looks like.
I don't know what he is so I started to sniff out his scent. He smelt like blood and death?
"Vampire" I whispered in shock.
I have only seen a vampire in person when I was younger, a month before my parents kidnapping. I have never forgotten their scent ever since. They scared the shit out of me after witnessing a war between them and my pack, well ex pack. I always suspected them for being apart of my parents kidnapping but I just couldn't find any evidence. My thoughts were interrupted with a dark and low voice that made me jump from freight.
"That's right little one. I also want to know how you made your way on this territory."
"I...I don't know how I made m-my way h-here. I ran away from my pack and I'm just trying to find a p-place to stay." I stuttered on the verge of crying from fear and regret.
He laughs. He laughs? I am scared shitless from being captured by vampires who might see me as a threat and kill me and he laughs? Oh that's right, their coldhearted and would kill anyone without a second thought. I know because I have witnessed it before.
"Aww, the little wolf turned a rogue. Let me guess, they kicked you out, got treated like shit?" When I showed no sign of confirmation to his guess he sighs and then asks, "You got rejected by your mate?" I drop my head down in shame.
I know I just answered his question by my actions but it hurts too much to be reminded. When he didn't make a remark I wondered if he felt any remorse for me or if he just didn't care. I raise my head to see what he was doing but when I did he was just standing there not moving with his head held straight. I wonder what he is thinking about.
Is he going to kill me? With that guess I drop my head back down and hug my legs to my chest in fear.
After a little while of silence I hear keys jingling. I look up to see the large man coming into the cell. Oh shit, he's going to kill me!
I scoot back from under the covers to get away from him but just realizing that I'm completely naked. I quickly draw the covers over my body to cover up. When he got closer to me, I started to scream, I know no one is going to save me but I should say I am a screamer. He covers my mouth with his hand and my screams turn to muffles and then everything turned dark.

I once again wake up confused but this time I am in a huge bedroom. It has white walls, a black dresser, a small desk with a red lamp on it, a king size bed with red silk sheets and a large red carpet that is spread across the floor.
Few minutes, into admiring the room, everything that happened came back to me. From getting rejected to the fight with Emma, me leaving the pack, me shifting which hurt like a bitch by the way and being captured by vampires. That's when it hit me right in the face like a truck and I immediately broke down in sobs. Can't a girl get a break? I must really have bad luck.
After crying for what felt like an hour, I gathered myself up.
I then realized that I am now in a black robe. I look around in the room again, wondering why they would put me in here. I am not going to lie but this room is gorgeous and all, but why on earth would vampires put me in here?
I decided start looking for an escape and snap out of my fantasies. There is one window in here so I could escape there. When I look out the window I realized I am on the fourth floor, so yeah, I'm not jumping. I know I'm a werewolf but I am not going to make any risks and kill myself, so I decided to take my chances with the doors.
One led to a bathroom and another to a closet filled with women clothes. That left the last one which must be the exit. I slowly open door, hoping that it doesn't creak. I thank the moon goddess when it doesn't and look around seeing if the coast is clear. When I didn't see any sign of anyone, I quickly ran out of the room and close it quietly. I tip toes down the hall with red walls and beautiful wooden flooring.
Oh my good stop admiring the damn place.
I continue down the long hallway being as quiet as possible. I suck in a breath as I look behind me when I thought I heard something but when I didn't see anything, I kept going forward only faster. I hear something move behind me so look back around, one more time just to be sure but didn't see anything. I turn around to keep going but I am met with a hard chest which causes me fall on my ass.
I grunt from the impact and rub on my butt cheek to sooth the pain. I got so distracted by the pain, I completely forgot why I fell. I slowly look up at the person that had a similar body frame to the man in the cell. When I look at his face it was not what I expected. He is actually really handsome, might even say hot.
I thought he would have scars with a ugly scowl on his face.
"What are you doing out here?" He asked, interrupting me from my thoughts.
"I...I" I was lost for words. I couldn't tell him I was trying to escape but from the look on his face, I think he already knows that.
"Trying to escape?" I don't answer his question and avoid eye contact. "Look this place got tight security so don't waste your time. Come on, get up." He said, offering me his hand to help me up.
I huff and decline his offer by getting up myself. He rolls his eyes and continues walking the way I was going before. I stand there wondering where he is going.
I thought he was going to take me back to the room. When he realized I wasn't following he stops.
"Are you coming or not?" He asked then continued walking.
I quickly caught up to him, ready to hammer him with questions. I might be scared of him but I'm also curious.
"First of all, why am I here? Who are you? Where am I? And where are we going?"
"Well I am Simon, you're at the vampire castle and you're going to meet someone." He said while opening a door which leads to another hall.
"You still didn't answer my question. Why am I here and who am I going to meet?"
"You ask a lot of questions don't you?" he asked sounding a little annoyed.
"Well, what would you do if some vampire kidnaps you and bring you to their castle?" I'm starting to really get annoyed by him, a little scared but mostly annoyed.
"Whatever, your questions will be answered later on." He suddenly stops making me almost bump into him.
I huff looking up to see we stopped at a large black door. He knocks on the door and I gulp nervously, afraid of what could be in there. The door is opened by a man that looks to be in his early 20s and he bows to Simon. He steps out of the way and allows us to enter.
In the room is a office, a large one at that. It has black and white walls with a small chandelier, a bookshelf, and a large black desk with two chairs on one side and one large chair on the other side. Sitting in that chair is a man whose face I couldn't see.
"Little one, meet the vampire king" Simon smiled.
When the man looked up all I could say was..... Damn.
