Xi Luting tilted her head, thinking. This isn’t a good idea.

Obviously, Yu Yun had not been asked out by Han Lie either.
She casually explained, "I’m staying at Pan Pan’s house..."

Xi Luting quickly hung up the phone.

Xi Luting: "Why aren’t you available?"
Han Lie: "You’re asking me this? I’ve already told you I’m at the hotel. Why would I be available?"

Pan Ge snatched Xi Luting’s phone and typed away furiously.
Xi Luting: "Yo, very impressive! So, who is the lucky girl you’re partying with? Don’t drag Yu Yun into this, and don’t bring up Fang Feifei. They’re both right beside me."
Han Lie: "Didn’t I tell you already? It’s Pan Pan."

Xi Luting: "No way. I just called Pan Ge, and she’s back at home!"
Han Lie: "Yeah, yeah, you’re right. She really did go home. Now I’m going to sleep. Is there anything else you need?"
Wow, he’s so slick, playing it straight with sarcasm...
If it weren’t for the fact that they were truly together, Xi Luting would probably get suspicious again and be unable to control her temper.
"What a cunning bastard!" Xi Luting cursed under her breath.
Pan Ge looked at her sideways, sneering. "Lucky for me, I’m smarter and didn’t argue with you. If I hadn’t calmed down and pinpointed the problem, that bastard would have had his way by now."
Xi Luting’s face reddened, stubbornly retorting, "You’re no better, with your ulterior motives!"
When it came to crucial moments, Pan Ge didn’t lack courage and chose to lay her cards on the table.
