Blake is currently lying on his bed. He’s bored as fuck.
He mumbled to himself, he can’t fall asleep.
So instead— he took his phone and went to a group chat.
The group chat’s members were: him, Alec, Adelle, Eve, Curtis, Aoi, and Raven.
And with that, Blake started sending texts to the group.
[Blake]: Raven Raven Raven
[Blake]: Raven Raven Raven Raven
[Blake]: Raven Raven Raven Raven Raven
He keeps on calling for Raven, but Blake didn’t receive any reply.
And the others are just leaving him on seen.
’Raven’s phone might be on silent...’
And he’s right— Raven’s phone is on silent.
Also, considering the fact that it’s [11:50 PM], Raven is probably already sleeping, or preparing to.
And the same goes for the others as well.
But Blake didn’t stop there...
Instead, he decided to use a special feature of messaging called ’Emergency Text’.
Which would loudly ring the others’ phones even though they’re on silent mode!
And based on the name, it’s a feature made only for emergencies...
But Blake doesn’t really care about that, and he immediately sent an emergency text to the group chat!
[Alec]: Blake... That’s not how you use that feature...
[Curtis]: The fuck is wrong with you?!
[Adelle]: Blake, you’re really sick in the head lol
And his emergency message worked, seeing how the others immediately replied to him...
And Raven finally replied not long after that.
[Raven]: What the fuck do you want?!
[Raven]: I was fucking sleeping!
Blake ignored how annoyed Raven was, and he immediately sent a text back.
[Blake]: I can’t fall asleep...
He stated in his text.
"Oh... He’s typing..."
Blake whispered to himself and waited for Raven’s reply.
And he didn’t have to wait for long.
[Blake]: I can’t fall asleep...
[Raven]: Well I can, good night.
Raven simply replied.
And the other members of the group chat followed!
Adelle: Lol, Raven’s such a dickhead HAHAHAHAHA
Curtis: An idiot and a dickhead, what a combination.
[Raven]: Fucking simp
The group chat is currently in chaos...
And while that was happening, Blake received a private text from Raven!
Blake opened it and read Raven’s text...
[Raven]: If you don’t have anything to do, then train, you idiot
Is what it said, and after that...
Blake mumbled and he got up from his bed, staring at nothing.
Then, he looked to his left and saw a wall...
And behind that wall was where Raven’s former room was.
’Raven’s new room is so far away from mine.’
’Not just him, the others too, and they’re all staying in the same dormitory...’
"Their rooms are way better than mine too."
He stated as he remembered how luxurious Alec’s and Raven’s rooms are when he visited them.
"It’s no surprise. They’re strong, after all."
Blake mumbled as a smile crept up on his face.
"I guess I need to train more to not get left behind."
He looked at his own stats using his [PSC]!
"I’m gonna rank up soon... Let’s try requesting for a new room too."
Blake happily said as he started taking off his clothes.
And after taking his top off, many scars on his body were revealed!
Some are big and some are small. Some are shallow and some are deep.
And it was easy to see that the scars were caused by weapons!
Blake then looked at his own body...
"Oh, I need to use another high life potion to remove these scars."
"Man, it’s only been a month since I healed my past scars."
Then he said with a bitter face!
Actually, Blake got all of his scars from his self-improvised endurance training!
And he has been training using his own method for the past 5 years, until now!
He always uses high life potions to heal and remove the scars he receives from such training at least 6 times a year!
’I’m still far away from my goal.’
"To be the best tanker in the whole world, and protect everyone from danger with my broad shoulders!"
Blake happily exclaimed as he wore his new and improved training uniform that was provided by the [Student Council].
Then, he replied to the group chat...
Blake: Curtis, you’re such a SIMP.
And after doing that, Blake left his room.
"To achieve my dream, I need to train more!"
Then he started running as fast as he could toward the [Student Council]’s private training grounds!
...With heavy weights attached to his arms and legs.
And the real reason Blake can’t fall asleep is not because he’s bored, it’s because he’s afraid that his friends will go on ahead and leave him behind!
The reason he disturbed Raven was to ask for advice...
’But I don’t actually need that. I can just train myself using my own method!’
Blake exclaimed internally.
After a minute of running at full speed, Blake arrived at the training grounds of the [Student Council].
And without further ado, he immediately entered one of the rooms.
Blake already knew where he wanted to go.
The room Blake entered is called [Sparring Room].
It’s a room where there are a lot of robots that move based on the room occupier’s orders.
It’s Blake’s first time using the room, so he first looked around. Trying to familiarize himself in the surroundings.
He mumbled that calmly.
[Please configure your training.]
Then a robotic voice responded to him.
Blake took out a normal shield from his spatial storage.
Then, he opened his mouth confidently.
"I want five robots to attack me, continuously."
"Make them use different weapons."
"Make their strength a bit stronger than mine."
"And only make them stop if I’m gonna be seriously hurt."
Blake declared all of his orders without stuttering!
The robotic voice asked.
Blake answered without missing a beat.
[Got it, please wait a bit.]
And right after that, a human-sized plain white robot appeared a few meters away from Blake!
It was holding a mace.
And as soon as the robot saw Blake, it rushed at him!
It arrived in front of Blake.
Then the robot swung its mace toward Blake’s head!
Though, Blake easily blocked it using his shield!
And he kicked the robot away from him with his right leg.
Then after that, a new robot appeared behind Blake!
And it slashed its greatsword downward!
As a response to that, Blake forcibly twisted his body to face the robot.
Then he used the momentum of his spin, and used his shield to slam the robot’s side!
Sending the robot flying away from him!
But it didn’t end there, as after that— Three new robots appeared, surrounding Blake!
There’s one robot on each of his sides, and one behind him!
The robot on his left was holding a sword!
And the one on his right was holding a huge hammer!
And the one behind him was holding two daggers!
And all of their weapons are already aiming at his body!
So what Blake did is...
He placed his shield to his left side by only using his left hand!
And he blocked the sword attack of the robot that’s coming from his left!
And immediately after that, Blake raised his empty right hand...
Then he let out a weak pained groan as he caught a hammer’s head that was about to crush his head!
And after that, Blake felt two daggers stab his back!
But he ignored it, and instead...
Blake took the hammer from the robot that’s on his right side.
Then he did a full-body 360 spin while he was holding out the hammer!
And because of that, he hit the three robots around him with the hammer, and he sent them flying a few meters away from him!
...Five robots were now on the ground, motionless.
But Blake’s fighting spirit is still raging.
He said with a smile.
All of the robots started getting up again!
As a matter of fact, Blake doesn’t really think he could win this match.
He only has one thing in mind, and that is...
’To endure as long as I can!’
"That’s the job of the tanker, after all!"
Blake boldly exclaimed, looking all excited.
With that, he continued training... And he wouldn’t stop until he can’t go on anymore!
