Don't hate me for this chapter. Throughout the story, I've left numerous hints and clues that this would happen, especially in the dialogues of Mikoto, Fugaku, Izumi, and even Shisui himself.
"Get out of the room, I want to change," said Sasuke.
The next morning, Naruto woke up with Sasuke just a few inches from his face.
Seeing how close he was, Naruto jumped out of bed and landed on the other side of the room.
"I was asleep! You could have changed in silence!"
Sasuke frowned for the second time.
"Get out of the room…" he repeated firmly.
"Damn off-brand Ken doll…" Naruto muttered as he walked out, still drowsy.
In the hallway, an idea crossed his mind.
"I'm pretty sure Sasuke is the result of too many generations of cousin marriages."
[Fugaku Uchiha: Indeed, Mikoto and I are cousins. The Uchiha Clan practiced inbreeding to preserve the purity of our lineage and the Sharingan.]
[Mikoto Uchiha: Fugaku, you don't get it, Naruto was insulting Sasuke…]
Naruto, reading the group messages, could only sigh and place a hand on his forehead in exhaustion.
Noticing he was barefoot, he frowned and swung the door open.
"Hey, delicate Uchiha flower, I'm not going to let you kick me out of my own room…!"
But when he looked at Sasuke, his mouth fell slightly open.
Standing before him was no longer the same Sasuke as always, but a pale, slender girl.
His characteristic "duck butt" hair was gone, now falling straight and silky over his shoulders. His sharp features had softened: large, intense eyes, thin lips, and an annoyed expression that couldn't hide the undeniable truth—she was beautiful.
She wore only the bottom half of her clothes, with her torso wrapped in bandages, hiding her chest. Her posture remained the same, but now there was a dangerously feminine air about her.
Silence stretched between them. Naruto blinked several times before pointing a finger at her.
"Shut the door, idiot! I told you to stay outside!" Sasuke demanded, her voice sounding strangely feminine.
Naruto spun on his heels and slammed the door shut.
From the room across the hall, Sakura came out sleepily, rubbing her eyes.
"What's going on…? Was that the daughter of Lord Tazuna yelling…?" she asked, still drowsy.
"Y-Yeah, she's scolding little Inari…" Naruto lied, still in shock.
[Madara Uchiha: Izuna, I take it back, she looks nothing like you…]
[Izuna Uchiha: C-certainly, brother…now he looks much more like you]
[Mikoto Uchiha: Naruto, didn't you know Sasuke was a girl?]
[Naruto Uzumaki: HOW THE HELL WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW?!!]
[Fugaku Uchiha: You know a lot about the future. We thought you would.]
[Mikoto Uchiha: Heh… that's why I told you to take care of Sasuke in the future.]
[Fugaku Uchiha: Over my dead body will I allow that to happen.]
[Naruto Uzumaki: Take care of that damn crossdresser? No way!]
None of this made sense.
He wanted to go back into the room, but now he was scared.
Sasuke was a girl? No! Impossible! No way!
[Naruto Uzumaki: This shouldn't be happening! Sasuke had a daughter! With Sakura! Sasuke CAN'T be a girl!]
[Fugaku Uchiha: Maybe Sakura helped her cover it up… I can't guess my future daughter's thought process.]

[Mikoto Uchiha: She made the decision because of you! Take responsibility!]
Naruto sighed heavily as he watched them argue.
[Kushina Uzumaki: Mikoto, I thought we were friends. How come I never knew you had a daughter? I always thought Sasuke was a boy!]
[Mikoto Uchiha: Honestly, Sasuke was a really chubby and ugly baby, she looked like a boy. Since you got confused, I didn't bother correcting you…]
[Naruto Uzumaki: That still doesn't explain why Sasuke uses the Transformation Jutsu to look like a man!]
[Fugaku Uchiha: Let me explain…]
[Mikoto Uchiha: No! I'll do it!]

[Fugaku Uchiha: I've said it countless times, how was I supposed to know it would turn out ?!]
[Minato Namikaze: Certainly, Fugaku couldn't have known.]
[Fugaku Uchiha: Thank you! Finally, someone who gets it!]
[Minato Namikaze: Although, it's also a fact that you were a terrible father.]
[Fugaku Uchiha: At least I raised my children for most of their lives.]
