Therefore, John had it use Mind’s Eye as the foundation, relying on its powerful Electric-type abilities to connect with electricity in the air.
Let the electricity serve as its own "eyes" to sense and lock onto movements around it, an effect similar to Mind’s Eye.
When Zeraora truly mastered Mind’s Eye, the "Heart Net" connected to electricity would surpass ordinary Mind’s Eye.
