The Trainer’s School was built in a clearly demarcated area, occupying a considerable portion of land. After A’Yue’s introduction, Terrance discovered that the school facilities here were much more comprehensive than those in Snowpoint City.
Snowpoint City’s Pokémon Trainer’s School primarily enrolled young children who had not yet reached the age to become Trainers.
On the other hand, Rustboro City’s Trainer’s School had four different classes, even more than the classes at Crown Academy.
These classes corresponded to Trainer, Coordinator, Breeder, and Beginner Class for young children.
“I attended Beginner Class here back in the day. However, I didn’t continue in the Trainer class; instead, I chose to become an apprentice at the Rustboro Gym,” A’Yue explained. “Terrance, which one are you interested in?”
“Do they have a class for Coordinators here?” Terrance asked, surprised.
He wasn’t surprised that there is a Breeder class. Both Trainer and Breeder were professions that existed since the inception of the Pokémon League, closely intertwined with the historical development of Pokémon Trainers. It can be said that their origins are deeply rooted and intertwined.
However, professions like Coordinator had only emerged in the last few decades, gradually gaining popularity. In the past, it was something pioneers explored on their own.

On the other hand, this Beginner Class is more like early education, responsible for nurturing children’s concepts of Trainers, Breeders, Coordinators, and providing in-depth instruction or reinforcement of the Pokémon knowledge taught in primary schools.
“There aren’t many people who can afford to come here for schooling. Not every family is willing to spend money to send their children here,” A’Yue pointed out the dilemma of the Trainer’s School. Although the education provided here was more enjoyable for children compared to the language and math taught in primary schools…..But no matter how you look at it, it seems more like an extracurricular class.
“Only during leisure time do the children come here for classes. You are in luck today, most of them should be here.”
Walking towards the direction of the Beginner Class, they encountered a bearded middle-aged man.

Teacher Terra smiled and nodded at Terrance, who reciprocated with a smile. Standing outside the Beginner Class’ classroom, A’Yue and Terrance patiently waited. After approximately twenty minutes, with cheers echoing, a group of children ran out.
Following the children who ran out like crazy, a scolding voice could be heard. Terrance and A’Yue stood dumbfounded on the side, watching an annoyed girl with ash-brown hair run out, yelling at the kids.
It was evident that this girl was genuinely angry. Her black skirt and ponytails swayed vigorously with each shout.
“Hehe…Roxanne, let them play for a while.”
“But… Teacher Izumi, they haven’t finished their homework. Isn’t it time to rest after finishing homework?” Roxanne couldn’t comprehend.
The person called Teacher Izumi was quite old, with only a few strands of hair remaining on the head. From a distance, it looked like a bald head.

“Roxanne, you won’t pass your internship . Teaching the Beginner Class is all about making the children like you, to feel close to you.”

“Also, we have guests here.” Both Teacher Izumi and Roxanne turned towards Terrance and A’Yue.
“Miss Roxanne…what are you doing here?” A’Yue’ eyes widened as he looked at Roxanne in surprise.
The so-called Roxanne was none other than Rustboro Gym’s Gym Trainer, a genius student who loves rocks!

At first, Teacher Izumi and Roxanne didn’t think much of it. They had seen enough Trainers. However, after Terrance finished introducing himself, their expressions changed, looking at him with joy.
“Terrance, are you a Coordinator?” Teacher Izumi asked with slight surprise. Compared to Trainers, there were fewer Coordinators.
From the fact that the current Coordinator Class is still a shell, one could see how few Coordinators there were.
So, a Coordinator visiting Trainer’s School was exceptionally rare.
