When he returned to the operating room, the berserk medic was frantically slicing the corpse with a scalpel, leaving it completely disfigured, the flesh torn into strips, the splattered blood painting him ominously and terrifyingly.
The medic’s gaze was unfocused, drooling at the corner of his mouth, muttering unintelligibly, showing symptoms of cyber psychosis.
Entities entering this state will indiscriminately attack all living beings nearby, operating all cybernetics at full power, and won’t forget combat skills due to madness, thus exhibiting much stronger fighting capabilities than normal.
And this medic, of course, wouldn’t hold back his cybernetics, his madness causing significant trouble for the scavengers, especially the big guy.

The big guy didn’t have a weapon, couldn’t kill the medic.
Even with the medic’s right hand pinned to the back, the finger joints of his right hand managed a 180-degree twist, the blades quickly severing half of the big guy’s wrist, spray of white prosthetic fluid ejecting out.
The pain caused the big guy to slightly ease his hold on the medic, but even this slight lapse allowed the medic’s free right hand to sweep a blade across his neck, blood gushing from the thick throat, esophagus and muscles split, the wound even revealing white spine bone.
The big guy incredulously clutched his throat and staggered back to sit on the ground, but blood kept seeping through his fingers, air entering his circulatory system, and within a mere dozen seconds, his vital signs ceased.
Meanwhile, other scavengers had already rushed into the operating room with guns, and upon seeing the scene, cursed loudly.
Even though the medic used to be their companion, the scavengers were without hesitation when killing.
Several guns immediately aimed at the berserk medic on top of the big guy, pulled the trigger, the blazing gunfire lighting up the entire operating room, while the now deceased Tutu had already gone offline to chat on the website, awaiting a revival in two or three days, unaware of the subsequent happenings.
Jianxue in the cellar was still unaware that Tutu had died on the operating table due to his own chatter, still boasting to his cellmates.
